This company does not deserve loyal…

This company does not deserve loyal customers. I purchased an HP Envy 5530 691cbc many years ago and took out the basic subscription. I generally only do a small number of prints every month and since they recently hiked the price of the monthly payment. I decided to cancel and would continue to renew cartridge as required ( the last ones have lasted 18 months plus). I had intended to use the old cartridge until they ran out but find that the small minded people have remotely blocked my printer. Thanks HP THATS THE LAST TIME I PURCHASE AN HO PRODUCT

Buyer beware

Be very careful with this company, they have cost me many £1000’s over a four year period. They are reactive as opposed to proactive and will only speak to you when you contact them. Over this period they have made a lot of money from my pension and my initial investment has drastically shrunk. To rub salt in the wound they have charged me in excess of £30k Fodor me to move to another investment company

Very poor

Very poor, ordered click and collect. The veg was all packed in one bag so we did not inspect on site.
When we unpacked the bag we saw the condition of the cabbages was very poor and partially only fit for the bin. We complained immediately via email. Their response zero. CUSTOMER SERVICE RUBBISH.
Fo r a supermarket that claims to supply fresh fruit and veg they get a big fat zero

Is this company a scam

I have an ISA with these people that I eventually find out that after 5 years has made no money. Whilst I accept that at this time investments are not good, over the 5 years I would have expected better. I have tried to contact these people by email initially but no response. I finally managed to get someone on the phone and they gave me a different email address. I sent all relevant information that they requested to the email address to close the account . Over 2 weeks ago still no response from them. Is this company a scam?
