Stay away from this dodgy site. They try get you in with free prizes on the wheel. This is just a scam to collect your data. Been waiting 3 days for a email. Still getting the runaround.. avoid this company

They tell you someone will email you.. they dont.

Please avoid this horrible company

Please avoid this horrible company. Once they've taken your hard earned money the simply dismiss you! Including the directors office, after travel team and the complaints department.

Im a great believer in, Problems may arise, It's how they are dealt with and sadly TUI are useless. Having to take the matter to a small claims court to rectify it seems ridiculous..

So if you're planning on a holiday please re think choosing TUI UK! They are extremely helpful before you travel incase you cancel, After Travel.... Good luck with anything.

Look at Jet2 who have a wonderful after town and pre travel team. Very responsive, Extremely helpful and most of all, Care about the customers experience.

Tui talk a good game, But facts, images and numerous other's accounts of the issues will always remain true no matter how much Tui try and disguise the issues. The calls between myself and Tui will be published online my X account and Telegram page for all to listen too when they have sent me them.
In these calls you'll hear the issues we had and what the pathetic response tui gave in return. I'll update this review when the calls are live.

Please please look for an alternative travel agent and if not, God help you when something goes wrong as Tui will do absolute nothing apart from stress you more!

Please avoid Tui platinum hotels

Please avoid Tui platinum hotels! Ive logged a complaint and been offered £100 from a £2500 holiday for our anniversary ruined by, Abysmal food, no air con, ants in tbe room. Room not cleaned. Both fell ill whilst only eating at the hotel. Room looked like a 1 star blackpool hotel inside. Paid extra for a superior room too. Yet to be explained on how this hotel is a platinum then a superior room on top. Tuis directors office is useless too.

All images and details are on my X account and also my telegram page for travelling ironically! Shame on tui. Then again, What do you expect from a company who's only interested in profits!

Avoid this company!

HP only care about getting your money. Once you've bought a crap product from them,When a problem arises, They simply ignore you, via email, Social media and telephone calls.

I'd highly suggest you try and alternative brand who will actually assist if a problem does arise.

HP Company have to be hands down the worst company for customer service to date!

Ugg are still refusing to help me with…

Ugg are still refusing to help me with the below par products they sell.

Please believe me when I say the warranty they advertise online is an utter farse to say the least. Apparently when you wear slippers before work and after work that's excessive wear and tear according to Ugg. Not that's average use of slippers to wear them daily 😅.

I can't attach images here but all images are on my x account and ugg are tagged. You'll be able to see the soles etc and how not overly worn they are.

Please look elsewhere for a product that will actually last and if forbid something does go wrong, They'll help unlike Ugg.

Nothing more than profit over anything.

Please be aware of the warranty Ugg…

Please be aware of the warranty Ugg claim to do. My £130 slippers have both burst at the stitching. Sent photos as asked by ugg and apparently it's excessive wear and tear! They're 10 months old and the sole is hardly worn so unsure how i can excessively wear the stitching out only?

All pictures are on my X account and tagged Ugg if you'd like to see the condition ugg deem excessive wear and tear.


Please look for another brand who will actually supply a upto par product and if it fails will do the right thing and sort the issue.

Ugg was once a good reputable company but sadly no more.

Extremely poor lack of care or…

Extremely poor lack of care or compassion.

I reached out to the responsible gambling team at paddypower due to my gambling addiction and also a mental health diagnosis which leads to unnecessary spending! Not only gambling though.


Mr Peter Jackson the ceo of paddypower and Betfair passed my email onto a useless gentleman whom passed my case back to the responsible gambling team who were not 1 bit interested or helpful since this matter started back in December.

I'd suggest anyone who wishes to gamble does this at a casino or bookmakers who actually care about people rather than profit!

I've used paddypower.com for 10 plus years and always was responsible until 2024, Once this company has your money they simply send you paragraphs from the t&cs like a robot with no concern or your wellbeing taking into consideration.


I'd hate to think anyone else struggling has had to try deal with this shocking company. Please reach out and seek the professional help needed to get you better. Stay safe, Stay responsible and most of all look after yourself.


Avoid paddypower and Betfair if you have any morals and consideration to the still suffering addicts who live amongst us, Myself included.

Scam company!!

Scam company!!!

Almost 5 weeks later and this company is still ignoring my emails etc. They refused a freedom of information to which it's been referred to the ICO.

Please avoid this company at all costs unless you want money taken from your bank for no reason.
