Awful service

Awful service. Terrible support and I'm fed up of being lied to.
I've been promised multiple times the account issues would be sorted or someone will get back to me that day or within 24hrs and so far not once have they got back to me. It's almost like they don't want our custom. I'd save yourself the headaches and go with a reputable company who value their customers.

It's taken three weeks ( and counting )…

It's taken three weeks ( and counting ) to get verified. All I want to do is have money paid into a charity account but sumup have made it so difficult. They have very little customer support, it's either an AI bot or some clueless person via live chat. Save yourself the headache and find a decent company.

Purchased a HP printer and it's been a…

Purchased a HP printer and it's been a nightmare from day one. It will randomly stop printing half way through a page the power button will start flashing and eventually it will kick the page out and power off without completing the print. HP support is almost non existent, the hp app is beyond useless. It's the shortest time I've ever owned a printer but will be going back to a reliable make such as Epson or Cannon.

Awful customer service, awful connection and a disgrace to the industry

Awful customer service, awful connection and just an awful company full stop. The speeds they supply are beyond useless. I had a hard wired xbox yet suffered with the worse lag possible, tried cables etc but was told Befibres connection suffers with huge latency which causes the lag effect.
Also Beware they have no minimum speed guarantees, unlike the main reputable suppliers. Thankfully I've had my connection cancelled and gone elsewhere but they are making it impossible to return the router. They clearly don't want it back or are expecting to charge me for it. If they charge me i will be left with no choice but to contact the ombudsman as I can prove I've been trying since the start of January to return the awful router.

Gave them a second chance and let down once again

Gave them a second chance after being promised everything that went wrong would be put right. Well this time the team turned up to install, albeit in the afternoon even though it was a morning appointment. After almost 5 hours I was told that they couldn't do anymore as something needed turning on or connecting as no fibre was coming down the line. They said they would be out the following morning and it will be sorted quickly as it's a simple fix. We'll nobody came, nobody fixed it and ringing BeFibre is again a total joke. You get the admin team ( who don't work for BeFibre ) who promise someone will be in touch within 24hrs but surprise surprise nobody ever does. So short version is stay away from this company and don't believe a word they say

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs. No customer service at all.

Run run run as fast as you can as BeFibre will let you down at every turn. I have phoned them 4 times and been promised a callback within 24hrs each time but nobody has been in touch in over a week. The lack of any real customer service is a big problem as all the operators are only admin staff who don't deal with any issues directly, they just pass it on to someone else ( who so far seem imaginary). Save yourself alot of headaches and go to a reputable ISP instead of these cowboys. I can't comment on the quality of the Internet as its never been installed.

Easy to use and an excellent offer.

Ordered online after seeing decent deal for filament on a well known social media place. Plenty of emails to confirm the order and keep me up to date with how the delivery was going. Items arrived within a few days and I can't wait to get the filament on the printer and running.

Robbing gits who steal off you.

They took out a new contract instead of an upgrade from my previous phone. I Just found out I've been paying both for several months without knowing. Apparently this is quite a common ploy they use to offer you what seems like a cheaper price but is a totally unacceptable practice. Spent over 2 hrs on the phone today trying to sort it out but nobody has answered the phone yet. I will never use them again and just incase you aren't aware mobiles.co.uk use carphone warehouse so avoid them as well.
