2 day delivery takes 4 days

2 day delivery , yet all my parcels have taken 4 + days . Your taking money for 2 day delivery but delivery is taking 4 . That is Fraud . No human interaction , no concern. You've taken money for 2 days but taken over 4. Charging for a premium service providing an economy service. I am going back to Royal Mail.

a very large company, One would think Glitches would be sorted after The Re-brand from Hermes to Evri.

Used to be a reliable choice

Used to be a reliable choice. Own brand poor quality , choice at Local store is geared for delivery customers . Til is never manned , Service from Staff is poor. No product knowledge , Staff focused on the delivery's and unable to give customer service.

Up and down

Up and down , as a large company would think they would have nailed it. 2 day delivery, posted on Saturday , still not delivered today.
Unreliable timeframes all year round.
Have to add email address to device when posting. Need to work on reliability and timescales

A week after dropping a parcel it is still at the drop off. Was told to go shop myself and sort it. Or sort re-collection. Yodel don't care about person centered service. It's been escalate apparently. A load of twaddle. Convoluted advice . Absolute time waters.

Time wasters

Time wasters , you use half my ink with alignment of the printer.
Only so many minutes in a day and yet another company who thinks it's ok to waste them with non consenting alignment. Stop wasting people's most valuable resource of time.

Ordered my cats food to be delivered

Ordered my cats food to be delivered , found a food deal on some pouches , ordered 4 boxes of that , treats and more expensive meat. After purchase the date for delivery was 25th of June. A month away , had to cancel order, messing up budget and timing.
Food is essential.
The company did not have the boxes in stock and still advertising as in stock. Won't use for my cats again.

Site saves items

Site saves items , removes from basket , convoluted process.
One order arrived broken , one order marked delivered and didn't arrive , one item very poor quality , complicated complaints system.
By the time the tax is added not cheap.Won't be using again.

Twice in one week, sent a parcel and it's been sent to Dorset twice.. its going to Gatwick. Royal Mail a sinking ship charging high prices and not caring about customers.

Booked a collection was due 10.03 til…

Booked a collection was due 10.03 til 12.03. Recieved email at 9.03 saying no one was in and collection cancelled. Phone call 25 min wait , rude staff. Won't be using Royal Mail again. EDIT .. They have just collected at 11.09 , Great Collector friendly still why the cancellation email at 9.03 very confusing.
