What ever goes right with these printers? It takes approximately 12 minutes for the printer to turn on, you can't turn quiet mode off, it constantly says there is a paper jam when there isn't. The stress caused by trying to use this printer is obscene.

Very misleading, unable to get through to someone to chat about my issues. I now have to pay for a month's subscription that I didn't actually want and I'm really confused how? The business practice was very misleading and not clear.

Review of Wowcher
If I could give less than 1 star I would. My experience with wowcher has left me in tears and extremely distressed. I ordered a hotel stay with them a year ago and this was cancelled as the hotel closed. Wowcher refunded me the money to my wowcher wallet and said I had 3 months to use this. I have gone to use this today, and wowcher have taken all the money out of my account. I have been trying for hours to contact wowcher on WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter and Resolver, but I am being repeatedly ignored everywhere. I feel disheartened and I am not sure I am going to get my money back at all. Don't buy another from Wowcher.

If i could give lower than 1 star, i would!
I have been continuously trying to contact this company to either get a refund for my holiday or change the dates. Every time they have either left me on hold for over an hour or told me they couldn't do anything to help me.
They are rude and their conduct is appalling! They have now rocketed the prices of future dates, so even if i wanted to exchange for another date, i would have to pay another £200!
I will never book with Hoseasons again and i highly recommend everyone stay as far away from this company as possible.
I will endeavour to contact them again, but at this point, i have resided to the fact i have lost my money.
THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF SPIRIT THAT COMPANIES SHOULD HAVE DURING A PANDEMIC!

Review of Utilita
The worst customer service and car i have ever experienced. Turned all our electric off and when we tried to put more money, still would not turn our electric back on. Whilst trying to call Utilita i was left on hold for over 2 hours, with no electric and no one telling me what was happening. After all this wait they decided i was not worth their time and cut me off. A disgusting company, that j wouldnt recommend to anyone!
