Mason who is my adviser at Regency FX…

Mason who is my adviser at Regency FX has done a superb job, couldn't fault him in any way.
He phoned me up when the pound had reached a peak which is really helpful if you are not actually watching the currencies at that time.
So well done to Mason and his very polite team at Regency which is not very common these days with other institutions. Would definitely recommend them especially if transferring large sums like property purchase.

Been onto this company now for nearly a…

Been onto this company now for nearly a month, first they billed me again when they had already been paid by my bank and then it took ages to get a refund and then literally a couple of days later they have been paid by my bank again and this time they sent a direct debit to my bank for payment when they have already been paid but not even acknowledged it on my bill page. Something has got to give and it's about time they started to employ people with a brain cell. I've had enough of their useless excuses
Now they have contacted me and said they will phone me and guess what nothing.
What is it with the service industry now, there is NO service at all, absolutely useless

All seems very good along with the…

All seems very good along with the prices, what is strange that I was insured through LV and their insurance was a lot higher than Allianz yet it's underwritten by LV.
I changed my car originally with LV for exactly the same type of car and year but LV then wanted about another £50, weird.

Once you've learnt to navigate the app it's fine, only problem I had and don't like is the fact that when you transfer money from bank account it goes missing for 3 days

We're glad to hear that you find the app easy to use. All regular bank transfers can take up to 2-3 business days. If you prefer instant deposits, you can initiate such after linking your bank account to TrueLayer. As long as all steps from Deposit funds → Instant bank transfer are covered, then the funds can be added right away.

First of they block your account then…

First of they block your account then they hang up on you 4 times then when you get some what annoyed because they have made all the mistakes they try to accuse you of being irate.
IT'S MY MONEY I AM TRYING TO TRANSFER.
Well Mr Barclay your not worth the trouble now, I have had an account with you for 51 years and obviously your profits mean more than loyal customers.

Not impressed my £20000.00 has gone missing and now I have been given the run around so wont be putting any more money with this company.
They keep your money for 3 days while they investigate so you don't get the interest on it but they do, not right at all.

Like a lot of retailers now day's…

Like a lot of retailers now day's cannot bother so my answer to this is I wont use you again, it's no good saying the retailer will contact you in the next 3 days because your order has not arrived and is well over date, my dog has almost run out of food and she is not going to go hungry because you cant be bothered.
I want my money back NOW not within the next 10 days.
