Stay away from hp deskjet printers

Stay away from deskjet printers. Mine has been trouble since I've had it. Mainly due to printing being switched off remotely for seemingly random issues. I came off their instant ink subscription because it just was not fit for purpose and after that, was unable to get it to work with privately bought compatable replacement cartridges. Ended up throwing it out and buying an epsom. Customer services is a joke and no, thank you, I won't be accepting a voucher for money off another HP printer!
Trying to get my account with them closed is no easy process either. I've had to submit a request under gdpr.

Finally we have a delivery driver that has some common sense! After a year of parcels going missing and being incorrectly delivered by other couriers, this lad has it spot on.

Need minus figures to give these an accurate star rating.

On the 8th Dec, I placed 2 orders with 2 companies, containing Christmas presents for my children Both were supposed to have been delivered by Yodel.
The first couldnt be delivered, due to the weather. Then the driver couldn't find us - despite delivering to us only days before and us having great big brown tourist signs directing people from 2 miles away, straight to our door! Then it got lost. The company sent me a replacement. Yodel claimed due to its tracking facility that it was due for delivery. It didn't turn up (we are now past christmas). Then I was told I had turned it away at the door. This is a complete lie. I was in all day and no one came here and why would I turn away a present that my daughter was still waiting for? I was then told, the box had been damaged by being in the van for so long and it had been returned. The company were unable to send a third one out, as by now they were out of stock. Then yesterday, I get an email to say it was to be delivered by 9 last night. It wasn't. But the tracking system says it has been delivered. I hope somewhere there's a little girl enjoying a scooter, because my daughter isn't.
Then the second parcel couldn't be delivered, was lost blah blah blah all the tick box excuses under the sun again. The company sent me a replacement order last week, which was safely delivered by another courier the following day(big thumbs up for FedEx!) Guess what turned up yesterday? Yep, the original. In a broken box that had been taped together.
This company is not worthy of a 1 star rating. Unfortunately, it wont let me rate them in minus figures.
I will never order from a company that uses Yodel again. What a complete and utter joke.
