Shpock replied to my previous review that was about how the buyer was provided refund without confirming that the returned order has reached the seller. There was not even valid tracking number provided by the buyer. Here is the shpock response: “ Hello Lony,

To let you know, parcel never arrived anywhere, there was not even any info where it is or valid tracking details. Do you think I will ask all the road if my parcel has been delivered at their house when i do not even have any proof of delivery to track. Contacting your customer team is bllshit, not even they barely respond but is useless.

*update - as you can see their response about any questions I have. That is irrelevant. They just messing about.

As a buyer you have 0 support. You are not allowed anymore to return stuff if you do not like them. It needs to have a very strong reason such as fully broken. I got chipped mirror, small bits around not very visible, but i still wanted to return and i was not allowed to return after trying many disputes. You cannot return anything if you just change your mind or don’t like it.

If you contact the seller support, they do not help much really, they say they will try contact other team etc but nothing happens.

It used to be easier before to return something you don’t like but you cannot anymore, even if you pay for own return fee.

If your package is lost, forget about getting your money back. The courier takes image of a door that is not even mine, puts as proof delivery and confirms it, there is no possible way for aliexpress to believe you that the package was not delivered at your house, even though i send many images of my house that does not match with the proof of delivery image.

A selling company is supposed to be customer centered not seller only. Soon noone will order from there.

Also, they reply to negative reviews, saying that they emailed us or will get in touch but that never happens. Is just to show they care but truth is they dont even bother.

No update on order. Never received it. Upfront payment never refunded and they do not respond to the emails.

Their printers are scam. You have to pay to print and each page counts. Even printing with your printer at own home you pay per page with your own papers. It has a lot of bugs and extremely annoying with the subscription as if you do not pay on time you will not be able to print and will waste a good time trying to figure out whats wrong. They basically are asking you to pay them monthly fee for free because they want + additional fee for the number of pages you print with your own printer.

You will lose your product and wont get the money when the buyer requests return. They never return your product and claim it got lost and get the refund automatically. Shpock doesn’t hell. Contacted them few months and did nit sort it just said they will try to sort with buyer but never did.

They sell fake stuff and do not accept returns.

They refund the buyer without confirming that they returned item. They returned item because they changed mind, not because of seller’s fault. So now, no money and no phone back to me. Great selling platform shitpock
