Absolute trash printers. The economical ones are not worth it, takes up to 10 printing attempts and you being at the printer to manually feed the paper in. Customer service team can't support well their advice is useless it's an all printers issue, I stupidly bought 2 from HP. Literally spending significant time away from family just to print things like homework and postage labels that should take minutes. HP should be ashamed of themselves. Beware of the Deskjet 2700 and 2600.

Astonishly bad and rude customer service. Over an hour being passed around with no resolution so far. This very rouge company has been charging me twice for one Active number. They have been avoiding cancelling one direct debit by fobbing us off to 2 different customer service team - one based it seems in Asia another in South Africa (the rudest team I've ever come across). So frustrated and disgusted by the experience I will be asking for my PAC code and moving elsewhere. Honestly do not waste your money here.

Wow look at these fake 5 star reviews! Utter scam charge you £39 for just contacting an instructor even if you secure a lesson or not!

I was charged on the 7th July, I had contacted an instructor who had accepted my request on the 5th of July but never showed up for the date I booked in the calendar with no explanation it was a big inconvenience so we decided not to proceed with that instructor. I had no lesson or instructor lined up at point of charge! I emailed and stated this in my message to support but unfortunately received an email back stating that the charge will stand. I felt I now had no choice but to try and find an instructor as I've paid £39 for nothing at this point! Also had to pay towards final lesson it was not entirely free. So whole episode I ended up paying so much more than expected

Absolutely disgusting vile scam company!! Can’t believe the useless government allow such fraudsters to exist! Parked in a London car park! Registered details, they intentionally have a poor line setup and only allow registration by voice recognition so they can defraud you by claiming they haven’t taken your details properly! Was outraged to see weeks later a fine for £60 and a charge of 0.01p taken from my back account! So I successfully set up my number and card but you will claim my reg number didn’t go through?! Contesting this outrageous grossly unfair fine!! Will persist on every platform to this gets resolved! STAY AWAY YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE. PLEASE ALSO COMPLAIN TO YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL

The worst out of the bunch! Countless times they have failed to honour next day deliveries for me. Often lie by sending a text message such as "no one in to receive parcel" despite my delivery addresses having a 24 hour manned reception desk! Also they don't leave a calling card when they claim a delivery was attempted to prove they had come to the address! Can't be trusted!!

Please buyers beware!! Scam Chinese website! Do not buy a single thing from this vendor. Bought Peter Werth shoes at over £50 and recieved instead £1 unbranded sunglasses! Total scam site. No communications, will go as far as sending you Ems tracking number! Do not buy from this website. 100% fake. China if you know what is good for you, you will do more to clamp down on businesses like this which are destroying your reputation!
