Morons email me for reviews at 2am waking me up whilst phone is on silent but vibrating - no common sense at all! My phone is left on vibrate for emergencies not to be pestered about a recent product that I purchased!!
Further to my original review that was only two stars this company have more than redeemed themselves by refunding the delivery fee asap (as the original date was not met) and also delivering a free bouquet of flowers that was above and beyond my expectations (I sent them to my Mum so she was happy!). Customer support is very good and very accomdating!

Bunch of scammers - win money without activating any bonus yet still do not allow withdrawals. Request entire bank account number details despite already having card details....a vid at all cost! Scammers!!!

Printer is three years old. Followed all instructions regarding cleaning ink heads etc with limited success. Expensive cartridges - terrible customer service. Will be posted a video online asap showing me taking a sledge hammer to this printer and telling the as many people as possible to avoid HP.......PRINTERS NOT SAUCE!! The fact that there are no responses to complaints online simply shows their contempt for their cusotomers!!!
Further to my original review the hive thermostat is now working - this is due to the valued assistance of Lorraine at Hives customer care team and a British Gas installer who was equally helpful. Lorraine's intervention and assistance has been beyond excellent! Thank you Lorraine!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating time, and I’d like to clarify a few points to help resolve the situation.
The installation service for the Hive thermostat is specifically to fit our devices and ensure they are set up correctly with your existing system. However, our engineers are not able to modify wiring or make changes to your boiler setup. It seems that the engineer may have identified the need for an additional part (the electrical connector), but unfortunately, they were not able to provide you with the specific part number or where to purchase it.
While our technical advisors are not trained on boiler parts or modifications, we’d be more than happy to reach out to the engineer for further clarity on this issue to help guide you. If you can reply to the information request I will personally do this for you.
Again, I apologise for the inconvenience and the confusion. We genuinely want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
I ordered ten lights and ten bulbs received only nine lights and ten bulbs - still waiting for confirmation that final light will be delivered and a confirmed delivery date.
I’m giving them one star as within 1 day of ordering in January they are asking for a review for a product that will not be delivered until April. After asking them twice to wait until I actually receive the item they have requested a review another two times! These companies need to learn patience and to not keep pestering their customers before the item has been delivered
