Never in the realm of human experience have i ever encountered what I suspect is the most atrociously awful software.

The entire HP computer system development 'team' should be sacked without ceremony. Fancy gadgetry frills that don't work, are icing on the crappy cake that will never satisfy.

Ryanair promises a simple refund within 20 working days of 14th April 2020 and yet does nothing. It offers an computer-generated unconditional refund on the flight and therefore could use computer automation to do the refund, but Ryanair does not: claims it has a backlog (why?). got a text - your parcel has been delivered: no parcel; no card through the door

I chatted with customer services, but apparently my address is not linked to the parcel. I get a lot of parcels and did not know who the parcel was from

CS would not provide me with the sender to check

Thus I have no parcel or somebody has entered his/her incorrect mobile number to their account or somebody else has my parcel

It is not possible to talk to a human being if you call them up to get a correction
