I was interested in buying an Envy laptop but wanted to discuss some details with a sales person before purchase. However in normal working hours I first tried phoning and used their ring back facility as the lines were apparently busy. After 2 hours no call back so phoned instead and held the line for over 30 mins and I gave up. Sent an email and still haven't heard back after 3 days. If this is the quality of their sales dept it doesn't bode well for any future support I might need....needless to say I won't be buying from HP!

RetroSpec Parts is a superb company to do business with and is run by Daras Rich a genuine and knowledgeable classic car enthusiast. It’s a great place to buy a wide range of spares and accessories and there’s even a free platform for advertising your classic car…I sold my Citroen 2cv within a couple of days!
