Ordered some football shirts but only one arrived Queried this and the others arrived three weeks later. They were of very good quality and a very acceptable price.

Delivery arrived within the expected time slot, driver was very polite and very helpful - bought in and left the packages where I wanted them.

I was phoned on the scheduled delivery date to let me know when my chair would arrive, the gentlemen who delivered it were polite and helpful, I was given plenty of opportunity to test the chair and everything was dealt with very efficiently.

Delivery was in the time slot expected, driver was very polite and left the package inside as requested - I am disabled and was unable to carry the box.

Down loaded the 'Easy' app and started the wireless connection. Needed permission to use location - shown as 'off' on first screen and can not be changed here - you need to go to security option! Then needed pin number for printer - not easy to find - it was inside the ink replacement compartment! Think things like this should be included in the 'one line' set up instructions.

Plants very well looked after and delivered reasonably quickly

Ordered three 'in stock' plants. Invoice gave date of dispatch as 'by 13/6/24' - earlier than the order. Two plants arrived promptly and were in very good condition, other - 'awaited'. After a week I sent Email asking for expected date - no reply. Rang customer services - expected in mid July. Shame as they were intended for a birthday present in early July.

Healthly looking plants at a reasonable price, delivered in the time scale promised.

Ordered items from them as price and postage was very reasonable. Items delivered promptly without fuss.

TSB were fine when we had a local branch. Now need to use on-line service and it really is a very poor one. Once found myself looking at programming code - informed customer services and was told it was my fault for using the wrong browser! Yesterday I tried to see a statement online but couldn't - an advert to 'Discover The Potential Of Investing' was in the way. Tried to phone customer services but couldn't - the system insists you choose one of the options presented, if none apply then you're stuffed. Not very customer orientated! Tried the on-line 'can we help you' and that was equally useless!

Update next morning: Reply from TSB makes it all sound fine except there's no change and my attempt to use the help line has again resulted in another round of options that are not what I want and if I choose one all I am offerred are FAQ that do not cover this. Why can't I actua;;y speak to someone and explain why the IT is at fault. I worked on systems like this for many years and can certainly recognise "cheap and cheerful" when I see it.

Sent 'issue' by Email using complaints procedure and heard nothing. Now 5 days have past and problem is still there. Can I change my rating to one star?

Advisor could only confirm what I had been able to see via online banking - could not explain why it had happened.

'Had an issue' delivering parcel - no update since. Can not get any information - first attempt was automated service which repeated what was already stated, rang customer service and got nowhere. Waste of time and effort.

Not the cheapest plants but these are established, well cared for, well packaged and delivered punctually. Planted In the garden and growing with lots of flowers, Definately worth it.

Tickets arrived when expected, good service, good easy transaction!
