I turns out that my HP9120e printer comes with NO ink. They offer a "free" Instant Ink three month trial, but it turns out that if you don't pay to continue they disable any ink you have including the cartridges that came with the printer! You have to send ALL cartridges back and then go buy new ones or you can't use your printer. Scanning also FAR from intuitive.

I was having trouble finding a time for a very popular attraction, but the staff was able to cut through and provide me with excellent service. As a result we won't miss one of the most important things we wanted to see. Thanks to them.
