Terrible. Returned as it was faulty and not fit for purpose. This was my daughters Christmas present. Do Not Buy From This Company!
Like previous customers, I was lead to believe the company was based in the UK. When I received an email explaining the delay in delivery was due to the airport I thought how misleading the company was. I returned the hair Tyler in its original packaging within the 30 day money back guarantee. After a couple of weeks I emailed them about my refund to which they asked for proof of postage which I emailed them. All my emails now are been bounced back. The company is a complete scam and should be reported to Trading Standards. Do not buy from these people

I would give this no stars if I could. Absolute scam of a company, refused to refund me even though I hadnt even taken the product out of its postage parcel. Sent it back recorded for a full refund, saying they have changed refund policy for store credit only but now the shady scamers have changed their name and website now gone as well as their email address which has been removed. Please dont buy from this company.
My hair wrap blew up
My hair wrap blew up , I emailed golden curls they said they don’t do refunds. I explained to them that my hair wrap doesn’t work as it blew up and smells burnt. They then said if I sent it back they would refund me and it would take 5 to 14 working days to get a refund it’s been over nearly 3 weeks still haven’t heard nothing or got a refund. Emailed them again and the email has bounced back not impressed with this company felt disappointed.

Umpteen emails have been sent since just after Christmas about returning an unwanted Christmas present to them for a refund. Not one reply back from them, disgusted ex-customer!

Product arrived much later than stated and did not heat up enough to use.
Company agreed for me to return for a refund.
Once delivered to them, I emailed and they have not responded and emails are now being bounced back unsent. No refund has been processed so they have both the item and my money.
GOLDEN-CURLS.COM IS A SCAM
This is a scam company - AVOID - I thought I was buying from Golden Curl London (they are a different company). The item took ages to arrive. Less than a month it blew up in my hand shorting all electrics in the house. Luckily no harm done. I contacted Golden-Curls.com / Gold Luxe Styler and they refused to refund due to item being used!! I told them I had consumer rights even if I bought an item of the UK and demanded a full refund or replacement. They did email to apologise and said they would send a replacement. Since then the email address has now gone down and there is no communication. I am currently going through my credit card for consumer protection and hoping to get the refund that way. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM

Do not buy from this company. I am still waiting for my 5 in 1 styler to arrive which was ordered early December. I did get a response from Customer services back on the 17 January asking me to confirm me address which I did, but still nothing has been received from them. Tried to email them today but my emails come back undeliverable and you can no longer access their website, its like they have just disappeared! i have paid for something which i haven't received.

My parcel was delivered to a neighbour in error, who sent it back. I have been in touch with the delivery company who advised to get in touch with golden curls. They emailed to say they were investigating and are not now responding to my emails, says undeliverable.

Product took weeks to arrive from China (name of company very misleading) and too late to give is a gift. Initiated refund - asked me to send photos which I did and got a response saying they’ll organise a refund, to now no reply and emails bouncing back. 😤
Absolutely awful company to deal with
Absolutely awful company to deal with. I ordered items on 6th December for Christmas presents for my girls, they did not arrive in time for Christmas (arrived between Christmas and New Year) so I requested a full refund and asked for a returns label. They offered to give me 30% refund and for me to keep items. I refused this and asked for 50% back and to keep items and they agreed. I have never received the refund and now they are just completely ignoring my emails (have sent x3 in past week). I suspect that they will not get back to me and are no longer trading under the "Golden Curls London" name. Funny, every time they reply to an email it is in the early hours of the morning. Pretty sure they are not based in London. No doubt they will turn up elsewhere using a different company name. Absolutely awful scam company. I am furious! Will keep on trying to get my money back but not holding out much hope.

Please please do not buy from this company (if you can call them that) I returned my purchase as it was damaged I have proof of return they said my refund would take 5-7 business days I am still waiting a month later, and I have reached out to them numerous times they have now stopped replying to my emails. I ordered the product through their website and paid. Received an email on December 12th to say it had been dispatched. Then on 24th December another email to say delivered and put in a safe place. Item no where to be found. Emails back and forth from 24th December to now (28/1/25) still no solution and now my emails will not be delivered they keep bouncing back so presuming they have blocked them???
