Item not delivered

Ordered product on 28th November and still no delivery even though states 5-7 working days
Have emailed them and same response that product is in transit
Disappointed that product has not been received as states on webpage if this cannot be met then should not be advertised with this
Have had to order similar product from elsewhere as a Xmas present
Won't be using or recommending this company again
I have emailed on occasions for refund which has been refused
As per your refund process on website it is over 10 days therfore I now request immediate refund as I have emailed 2 times today

Damaged Item on Delivery

Delivery today damaged messenger chat with Dale who was quick to respond
Have to wait until 21st for a response from Your Living which I am disappointed with as only ordered item yesterday and delivered today was hoping for same turn around for replacement

Find it horrendous we had our hotel…

Find it horrendous we had our hotel cancelled, we are not a hen party but a family travelling, let us book cancelled then have the cheek to say we have to pay for our flights even if cancel, when it is you who cancelled
Had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere
Will never use this company again

I'm really sorry! I understand it can be terribly concerning when your holiday gets cancelled but this can happen from time to time as availability can change at any time with the suppliers outside of our control, but rest assured we will always do everything we possibly can to secure your holiday once an order has been submitted.

In this case it looks like the hotel could not be confirmed due to availability which I understand may be disappointing for you

I really hope that despite these issues you managed to enjoy other aspects of your holiday and you will re book with us again in the future
