The company was called golden curls UK when I placed my order but now seem to be called Gold Luxe Styler & the product is shipped from China?! I have tried emailing as I’m not happy with the product the curls don’t hold with the curler tool & the hair doesn’t release from the round brush by a button as stated in the instructions- as there is no button apart from the power button! My email has bounced straight back saying address not found! If no luck I’ll be contacting my credit card company to try & get a refund through them.

Gemma managed to find us a great deal for Barbados & is very knowledgeable & helpful when looking for a holiday. Would definitely recommend using GLP Travel!

First set of furniture arrived in July but the Egg chair was missing & still is despite repeatedly doing the online chat as you can no longer speak to anyone on the phone & I keep being told it’s coming this week but it never arrives! Also ordered 2 furniture cover sets & only 1 has turned up with no explanation as to where the other one is?!!!
