Still not received order 12 days,after purchase. As other reviews state, emails received saying on way then delayed ive had about 7 of these so very confused as to where my order is. Ive also requested refund but had no response to this. Very unhappy and will be persuing this further.

After writing review i was offered a refund and received this within 24 hrs so thank you for that Golden curls. Still Disappointed on not receiving item.

Gorgeous cottage, well maintained and equipped. Great location for travelling around. Would benefit from smart tv. Situated on the A92 road but not much traffic later in day. Off road parking to rear of cottage. Approx 5miles to Cupar town centre scottish deer centre not far and worth a trip to feed the deer.

This company only received one star as it wouldnt let with comment with No stars. Similar to pats post, my parents had their property in trust with philips. They recently sold due to health reasins to move to a bungalow. Philips promised three independent valuations to the property and liaise with my parents throughout. Philips in fact agreed a price with estate agent after just one valuation and did Not Inform them. They only realised it was,actually up for sale when they were contacted for a viewing. Even at that stage they had no idea of the advertised price!!!!!. After selling my parents were promised the funds would be released after a couple of days. They are still waiting. As pat has,stated they are 'shut' due to covid and the company advised to contact does not appear to actually exist???? My parents,are also contacting the fraud squad as this company clearly are ripping off their clients. My parents are 80 yrs old this is an absolute disgrace.

Why is it every time theres a sale you never receive your goods till weeks after or at all. All my items in stock yet a month for delivery??

Great service, cleared everything so couldn't tell where my rubbish had been. Very thorough.
