This is a scam company - AVOID - I thought I was buying from Golden Curl London (they are a different company). The item took ages to arrive. Less than a month it blew up in my hand shorting all electrics in the house. Luckily no harm done. I contacted Golden-Curls.com / Gold Luxe Styler and they refused to refund due to item being used!! I told them I had consumer rights even if I bought an item of the UK and demanded a full refund or replacement. They did email to apologise and said they would send a replacement. Since then the email address has now gone down and there is no communication. I am currently going through my credit card for consumer protection and hoping to get the refund that way. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM

A gift for friends who don't live local to us. Arrived on time and our friends said it was lovely.

AVOID at all costs. Cheap Chinese Crap - ordered what I thought were going to be some lovely sparkly wedge sandles - took ages to arrive and what I received was not what was being advertised - very cheap and nasty. Tried to return and was told as the item was in their 'sale period' they could not accept the return. I read nothing about this policy and stuck my ground. They then tried to offer me a discount on the sandles - obviously did not want me to return. Oh and Fashique London are not based in London - they are based in China - so another false advertising. After about 17 emails back and forth, I accepted a 50% discount as the postage to send back to China was not even worth the true value of the sandles and my patience had grown very thin by then. This company should be struck off.
