Ordered on 6th December 2024. Wish I had been informed that coming from outside UK as still waiting. Customer Services continue to tell me it's in my area and will be delivered soon.I don't think so checked tracking and at port of origin. Very disappointed with customer services email reply. I do tend to use Trust Pilot when ordering something and it looks like the styler has great reviews so that's why I went ahead. I wonder how long the rest of the reviewers waited on their order??

Received prelit xmas tree. Lights are not working

First time I have used Lensology and it won’t be the last. I love my frames and just wanted the lenses replaced. I was a wee bit nervous posting my frames and concerned they would get damaged. I posted my frames in the prepaid Royal Mail box provided on the Saturday. Received an email on the Monday morning to advise frames received and would send a quote for lenses. The very next day quotes sent, much much cheaper of what I had been quoted from the high street opticians. High quality, thin, anti glare, scratch resistant lenses saved over £100. Received my glasses back with new lenses this morning. Love love the new lenses. I have a really nice pair of designer sunglasses, prescription needs changed so will be sending these off to get new lenses. Would highly recommend Lensology, if I could give 6 stars I would

Great price in sale. Lights are so classy and modern cant wait to install them on my outdoor garden fences. Only took 2 days for them to be deliverd. Have purchased lights from litecraft previously no issues at all.

So so happy with my PPI refund. I was unsure about trying to reclaim for PPI as I did have some loans and mortgages going back approx 18-20 years and no way would I have kept the paperwork. With all the media advertising reminding you about the August 2019 deadline I thought well why not. I did google for the best PPI companies and their fees and reclaimppi.co.uk did have the best reviews and only 10% fee. Received the paperwork filled out as much info as I could- loans, mortgages and change of address- approx dates did not know account numbers.Signed everything and sent back. After a month or two did receive replies back stating that I was unsuccessful with certain companies. Totally forgot about it all until just a few weeks ago received an email from Simon Mayo saying that one of the big banks had mis-sold me PPI and that they were giving me a refund!!!!! Just under £8000!!! I was shocked. The taxman does take his cut though just under £1000, this is unavoidable. Reclaim do send you a link to fill out a R40 form and you can complete and send to HMRC and you may be able to get some of this back I’m just about to send my form back. I did move address and the cheque was sent to my old address. Called the bank and they stopped the cheque, new cheque arrived 2 days ago. So so easy and stress free, no hassles, not on the phone trying to get through to talk to someone all communication done via email/post with reclaimPPI.co.uk. My partner was so sceptical when I received the email from Simon Mayo- he was thinking why is a radio presenter emailing you??? He’s thinking it’s a scam. Great wee lift to start the new year.
