Order arrived a week late. This was for a friend who was leaving the country and therefore this missed deadline. There is no customer service contact number. Terrible service wish I’d read their trust pilot reviews before purchasing.

My order is two weeks past its delivery date. Company describes themselves as a London based company but upon investigation it is selling cheap Chinese export - delivery all the way from China! Not Uk based as they claim. I reached out about this on their Facebook site and was promptly blocked by themselves. Emails have proved fruitless.
