Placed order and received product
Changed mind and initiated return
After much haggling with them wanting to give me discount to keep the product I insisted on a return.
Returned product and no refund forthcoming. Got in touch with proof of postage. Email back to say they would look into it. I’ve followed up several times and emails now bouncing back as undeliverable….. AVOID
I will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card company
