We have just booked our honey moon with Optimus holidays and couldn't have asked for a better service! Both Kenny from the start and Richard were excellent in communicating quickly and clearly on everything we needed to know or questions we had.
The whole process was really smooth and cannot fault them! 100% recommend.

My mother in law ordered their heat styler knock off of the Airwrap which she was then unable to return.
She realised her hair was too short for the thickness of the barrel (without using it!) and contacted their customer service to return which they then claimed was unable to do so because of their “hygiene policy”. So despite the fact it hasn’t been used and their “money back guarantee” she is left with a cheap product she does not want.

Jan has been nothing but helpful, supportive and friendly throughout our dealings with Jones Whyte. She replies in a timely manner with clear communication. Couldn’t recommend Jan enough.

I ordered a walking pad treadmill after reading all of their reviews etc. but I wish I had checked their social media too to see everyone’s comments!
It arrived with a completely bent plug so not even salvageable!
Arranged for it to be collected and waited in ALL day for it to be collected at 7pm as they didnt tell me a collection window despite asking twice!
They claim their hours are UK but only received emails from customer services between 2-3am GMT so had to wait for a reply each time.
They said they would send me another but IGNORED me each time I asked for tracking of the new one.
To which I gave up and asked for REFUND to which they said would happen ( clearly didnt send a new one! ) and im still waiting for refund.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I ordered another from Amazon that was about £20 more expensive and SO worth it

With the pandemic affecting multiple bookings I had through ATG Tickets I have had multiple communications with them to resolve date switches or just basic updates. ALL of which have been efficient, friendly and helpful. One of the best customer service’s out there! My most recent was with Chandler who’s help was second to none.
