Shocking

Shocking! Avoid!!?)
Order didn’t arrive. Due 4/9. Tracking not updated. No contact I’ve update. When I contacted Sports Direct to find out where my order was on 6/9 was told list in transit. Poor experience no update no contact advise me of this. Had I not been in touch myself how long would it had taken to find out? Full refund now awaited but simply not good enough needed goods by a certain date for holiday wear.

Finally arrived on 23/12 after ordering…

Finally arrived on 23/12 after ordering on 6/12 and numerous emails promising quick delivery. Seems they came from abroad which they don’t tell you. Only arrived in country on Saturday so I r been lucky to get them today but very happy finally. Good airlift product and lovely case which should be a nice Xmas gift for daughter.

Liars- stay away!

Ordered on 6/12 for daughter’s Xmas gift. Quoted 5-7 days. As soon as order placed another email stated 5-9 days. Then on 14/12 another email came stating 5-7 days from that date. Then another saying would be with me in a few days. Then on 19/12 going through customs (meant to be London based?)then with courier for quick delivery. Now delivery firm yodel quote won’t be delivered until 28/12!!!!

Courier damaged item

First item I managed to sell left my home securely packaged in perfect condition and arrived at buyers in post locker with packaging ripped apart(she sent me photos) item damp and stained. Needless to say buyer did not want so I issued refund but I am now without item which is now tarnished and have lost a sale. I contacted in post to complain who said I needed to ask buyer to take it up with vinted who would then need to contact courier themselves but I don’t feel this was the buyers place or responsibility to do on my behalf so have just let it slide but not a good first experience unfortunately
