May be a scam?

My order is now 4 days late. None of the tracking numbers give any useful information. All correspondence from golden curls is generic and no help. Delivery company say the item still hasn’t arrived in the uk and their tracking system is shoddy at best. Product is advertised as being delivered within 5-7 days, we’re now day 11 and no parcel even located. I tried posting on their facebook asking for someone to help and have been blocked.

Day 19. No tracking info from golden curls, one week since a promise “the engineering team is already working hard to resolve it”. Refund requested but no comment from them.

Absolutely exasperating

Absolutely exasperating. Delivery 4 days late. What was an expected late delivery slot of 11/12 has disappeared, now it says they received the parcel on 23/11 when I placed the order on 29/11.
Phone lines closed, chat ignored for hours, finally got a response from someone that essentially said “just wait longer”. Not even acknowledging the dodgy tracking system! Another to add to the avoid list. Only option left is to take it up with my bank.
