The customer satisfaction is below par

The customer satisfaction is below par. You really don't matter.
The item i purchased was 2 days late (paid extra to get it on time) and there was little or no explanation, only - it hadn't even left the warehouse.
I would get a 'time' when it was going to be sorted within 24 hours! Rubbish!!!

Poor service

Poor service. Item arrived very late and damaged.
When I tried to get a refund they sent an email to say that have closed down.
Terrible!

So easy to use

Easy process to use. Only becomes difficult when the boxes are full so you have to go elsewhere or wait til the unit is emptied. Morning is best as there are usually empty boxes.

The best fitness Ap Ive used so far

I was sceptical downloading this AP as I have used many Ap's in the past to help get fit. But this one (5 days in) is really detailed. A full body workout available each day and then selection of exercises to tone the areas you find the hardest to reach. Im beginning to feel the benefits now!

Not impressed

Not impressed. They are extremely hard to get hold of especially if you have no updates available on your parcel and need to know when it will be delivered- we have busy lives too! I have taken the day off to receive my parcel and its delayed...Where, when ? The phone number is an automated message and the text updates are few... with no information other than its delayed! Not impressed.

resolved issue

The communication initially wasn't too bad- we had a time slot straight away. 12-54-14-54pm. The Washing machine was eventually delivered later than agreed, but Im glad to say the company's customer service representative, Jetal Sharma, called me to apologise and explained the issue. Its really good to know that they care about their customers.
