STILL WAITING....

Not received so cannot comment on how good or not it is. It's taking so long and all sorts of excuses are being offered and now told it will be with us at best the end of next week. What is worrisome is the number of 5 star reviews that have popped up from users that have done so in the last few hours after receiving the product weeks ago....and it is their first ever trustpilot review....

VERY POOR

I wish I had read the recent comments as my experience was no better than what I have read below. Made an order for an urgent part, immediate confirmation that I paid through paypal nothing for 5 days from Ransomespares. try to contact them on line through the BOT which goes to sleep mid conversation, cant find a telephone number or an email address, the online form you need an order number which of course I don't have as my order has not been acknowledged. Eventually get through to a human being on the chat... gave me an order number, but I now find out there is a problems with the part... they don't have it and no estimation of when they might get it.

"Laughably Appalling"... the new bank strapline

The annoying thing about reviewing the bank is that you cant go lower than 1 star. Appalling is not a word that goes as far to describe Lloyds... though a strapline of 'laughably appalling' is quite catchy, me thinks. My son tried to move funds from his account and was blocked 5 times. Tried to speak to an agent and when eventually he spoke to Arf## he sent one message and then ignored us... so we had to give up.... truly bewildering lack of 'client service!

Brilliant petrol jet washer HYW3400P

First off.... I think this is a great bit of kit for the money - petrol jet washer HYW3400P. Delivered a couple of days after the order and in keeping with what I was told - however I could not track the order which was a courier issue to be fair. Everything around the purchase and delivery was spot on. Had a minor bit of assembly to do which was very easy. Just needed to add petrol and oil as obviously not shipped with that and a really good idiot's warning to make sure you put some oil in when you first get it! Starting is easy and the engine runs well and really does shift some power into the washer - you do need both hands on the wand! Its easier to transport this petrol washer about than an electric one. I am just kicking myself that I didn't buy this before now!

Don't renew

At renewal of car insurancei policy, QMH offered a renewal with a premium that had doubled. Decided to go elsewhere and our premium elsewhere was far better - some 40 % less than QMH. QMH then send us a note of all the wonderful things that had added to the policy which we didn't need (90 days in Europe as an example). They also offered to reduce the premium to keep us but we had already moved to another insurer...today we receive an email from them 37 minutes after the policy with them had lapsed, saying they are obliged to remind us under the RTA 1988 that it's an offence to not have insurance and they have informed the motor insurance database and that the Police have access to it....way to go QMH!

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service - immensely helpful and very solution focused. From time to time i have gone elsewhere and i really don't know why i have done so as the service here is just brilliant. I was going to part exchange my mower in as i could not find the spare parts to fix all of the issues - dealt directly with Husqvarna for a while who were useless... GHS have been excellent.

Brittany & Normandy … Don't bother

Booked a couple of places in Brittany and Normandy for next year for an adventure with the grandchildren. Both hosts were back within 24 hrs asking us the cancel the reservations, for a variety of concocted reasons... they did not want to cancel themselves as they would suffer some sort of censure by AIRBNB... I now have to wait 15 plus days for my deposits back... in effect money was taken from my account for a service that was never there to be offered in the first place... mmmm what do they call this in legal terms?

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

We are in credit to the tune of nearly £2,000 and we are having to jump through hoops and hurdles to get just £1,500 back. We gave a meter reading just 7 days ago, and before they would entertain a refund they insisted on a photograph of our meter... effectively calling us out as criminals. We are being asked to look at a new tariff and the monetary breakdown on the existing tariff (by EON) suggests they have been collecting an extra £200 a month for the last year. Also our energy usage has hardly changed over the last 3 years so there is no good reason for getting so wrong. They now say that it will take 10 days to give our money back. They collect it on the dot and take forever to give it back and treat you as criminals for doing so... when they have clearly made a conscious error in over-collecting. Mmmm.. what do they call this in legal terms!

Whilst there has been reply from EON Next here which states a refund has been issued this is obviously 'internally' issued as there is no sign of the funds in our accounts... perhaps we should ask for a photograph of the bank transfer slip?

Professional and great quality

Dealt with these guys a couple of times now. They sell...very, very .... not finished yet, very, very high quality timepieces at very reasonable prices. The watches are hugely functional and made to a very high spec. Quality is great. They are also a very professional outfit to deal with... well worth 5 stars

Could not recommend them highly enough

Could not recommend them highly enough. Bought a Barbour waxed jacket... about £80 or 33% less than the chop price. Dispatched first thing Monday morning and with me a couple of days later - very much as it said on the tin!
