I have been really impressed with how quickly everything was set-up and the support process with integration in to new marketplaces.

We have been really impressed with Social Buzzing since we started working with them. The quality of the posts, interaction and forward planning has been far better than anything we have experienced before.

This is probably the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to buy from. Selling Fake branded products that are printed on cheap fabric. Don't abide to the Distance Selling Act and disregard UK online sales practices. Someone needs to shut this company down, never seen so many bad reviews. Embarrasing.

Delivery delayed twice. When they came to assemble the bed one of the team knocked over his cup of tea covering a wide area of the bedroom and left without saying anything! So far nothing from customer service!

Had to cancel a holiday with OntheBeach.com as they asked for more and more money after we had paid in full blaming the airline. No issues like that with LoveHolidays all confirmed immediately

Bought for my wife for Christmas, basically an over-priced hair dryer, does nothing else. Was led to believe the item was being dispatched from Europe but arrived 17 days later from China. When I contacted for a refund they said it had been used and for hygiene reasons wouldn't accept as a return. Have contacted my card company to dispute the payment.

Liars! Misled with the hotel description that stated Entertainment, Kids Club, Kids Meals, there weren't any of these and Games Room, which on arrival was an Over 18's area. When disputed offered less than 10% refund in the form of vouchers to spend with them. Would never book a holiday with LastMinute.com again. Meanwhile people who booked the same hotel with On The Beach were refunded a third of their holiday.

Good communication, delivered exactly when asked for.

Good clear website, easy to place order and arrived when promised.
