Delivery absolutely shocking

Delivery absolutely shocking. However the worst thing is there are no instructions and even after watching some YouTube videos on similar products I cannot for the life of me curl my hair and I have very easily styled hair it curls and straightens however I want it with straighteners. It simply blows hot air and blows your hair away from the attachments.

Avoid teletext, especially "Russell"

So my husband has just spent over half an hour multiple times today with "russel" who was supposed to check for a holiday for 2 adults and 2 kids to the Maldives in august 2021 for 10 nights. He put us on hold multiple times then gave us the quotes and we were happy with one and was about to book when he said its actually for 9 nights and for 2 adults only. We were disappointed and said we needed a deal to include the children but it was a clear £2000 difference so we declined. We checked teletext about half hour later and the deals were coming up favourable. We rung to call and russell answered and asked why we are calling so many times and not booking, he accused us of never booking with them and we said we have in the past and just wanted to book a holiday that was suitable and at £5k+ we need fo make sure it ticked all the boxes and not leave half our family out! We explained we just saw a deal that we liked and said we saw it for £4900approx and he said its not possible and he's already given us the quotes! My husband said he is actually just giving him the opportunity to check again so he can actually make a sale but he flat out refused and was actually rude , patronising and laughing down the phone. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service.
