Dip kit- excessive time needed and poor communication

I purchased the dip powders and only once I got the product and followed the instructions online was it made clear that it takes at least 2 hours to do. They didnt advise on the fact that you need special removal kits either. When it started to cracked and chip, I had to use the closest I could find to pure acetone to remove it. This damaged my nails. I contacted them to get a refund and return the products and they will only give me a 35% refund. They advertise 100 day money back guarantee, however you need to read the fine print and realise its very unlikely you will get the money back.
Poor communication and not providing any solution via email and repeatedly suggest I speak to a consultant on how to use the product. I spent a lot on a kit which wasn't accurately advertised. Very disappointing.

Scam.

Ordered on 7th Dec with delivery being 5-7 days. No mention that this is being shipped from China, all details on the website indicate UK website. When I complained on Facebook, I was blocked.
Supposedly being delivered on the 28th December, 2 weeks late. I've asked countless times for a refund and get generic answers.

This company takes no responsibility

This company takes no responsibility. I paid an huge amount of money to get an order delivered to a customer using the 2 days service. Because I didn't pay even more money to guarantee a delivery, they claim it is only a guideline. The order arrived a week later, no use to the customer. I had to pay to have it returned. This company will not refund this, even though the order took much longer to deliver than sold to me. My emails go un-answered, the 'Help' desk copy and pastes the same 'information' and won't even look into what happened. How are small businesses supposed to cope when the cost of delivery has gone up and those responsible won't take responsibilty for what they sell?

Awful service

To add, since posting this review, I've had them emailing me but not resolving anything. I have repeatedly asked for assistance on 3 separate bookings which need refunding and I get no response. I'm owed money and they conveniently ignore me.

Awful service. Mis-selling of services, charged me for a 1-2 delivery which took 5+ days. No response to my emails. Chat agents pass you from 1 person to the next to make as if you are being escalated, but not. As a small business, I've lost out on money having to refund customers and I'm not getting anywhere getting my money back on multiple deliveries that haven't happened.
