Mum bought me this as a Christmas present and as soon as I started using it not even finished one curl and my fire alarm went off. Naturally this put me off, she tried to get a refund and was only aloud 30% WHAT A SCAM Came in a cheap tacky plastic container clearly made in china NOT London. Do not buy. Awful company they clearly have no confidence in their product if they are refusing full refunds
