Problems with my order, but customer service was good.

The rest of my order eventually arrived and was in a better condition than the first package. Golden Curls Customer service were helpful and helped resolve my issue.

Disappointed in service so far.
I ordered 4 items on 29 November.
Only one item arrived today, nearly two weeks late. The rest of my order is missing with no indication of when the other items will arrive.
The box was badly damaged. This is a Christmas gift and I'm really disappointed.
I've not used the hairstyler myself as it is a Christmas gift.

Order mix up
Online ordering was easy and simple.
However when I turned up to the designated garage at the prearranged time they had no record of my order. Luckily they found my tyres had been delivered to them but the garage were in th process of returning the tyres as they had no idea who the tyres were for and had no record from black circles of my order.

Fab customer service
Just ordered Glide but stupidly ordered the wrong size. I emailed the team and I received a reply within minutes and they came with with a full solution.
I don't have the product yet but the customer service so far has been amazing.
