Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking!
Always used Dorothy Perkins as a store. Loved it as did fashionable petite clothing. Ordered from website recently and got my delivery ok but trying to return is an absolute nightmare.
Order comes from one order with all items on it but returns are via different channels all with different processes and tracking/response is next to nothing.
Been sold an item which is labelled up and advertised as one well know highend company but when ive chased the return im told its a budget low end c*** company i would never use. Contacted what I though was ‘dorothy perkins’ via their channels (messenger & whatsapp) and when Ive challenged about it and asked whats going on I AM IGNORED! They stop replying to messages and just say “reps are busy”! Its a joke. Will never be using DP again.

I have now reported to Trading Standards for misselling and trading badly on the reputation of a good name business. Wil never trust Dorothy Perkins/Debenhams again after this.

Be Warned there are TWO trustpilots for Dorothy Perkins! One claimed profile, One unclaimed profile!!! One has score of 2.5, the other only 1.5….that in itself suggests untrustworthy company infiltrated by scammers trading under trusted name.

it is now June 21st…..Still no refund. Case open with Trading Standards and Bank for charge back. Had been told refund by may 30th. DO NOT USE DP or Debenhams. Same bunch of scammers macquerading as what were respectable brands.

Asda rewards-what has happened

Asda rewards-what has happened? Used to get the odd £1 or several rewards accumulated with each shop (i link BLC) but now im lucky if I get 25p back from a £100 shop. Used to save through the year for christmas but 25p a shop a few times a week is pointless. Half the time the shop doesnt even register and trying to speak to anyone is like pulling teeth- cant help in store so have to phone up-who has time to sit on hold now adays to argue over pence. My last valid shop is classed as 12/4, despite having been 2-3 times since including £52 spent there last night (18/4) I understand its a reward and asda dont have to do anything etc - but if theyre going to offer a rewards scheme it should at least feel that way and provide somethinng back otherwise why both in the first place. If youve not already got it dont bother. As for local store customer service well you couldnt put more miserable, abrupt sour faced women in that role if you tried. Used to be a lovely store-our go to place but something is amiss lately. Stock levels, produce quality/availaibility, staff attitude. All gone downhill.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
Reported to Trustpilot for fake reviews! Read them and keep scrolling. Read the DUPLICATED reviews that have been submitted - Ive spotted 2 duplicates in the last 24 hrs. Keep fighting for your refunds-Golden Curls failed to reply to my request for refund for failing to deliver - went to the bank and reported as scam in the end as GC didnt respond to emails. Sorry youve fallen foul of scam - i did too. not from LONDON as advertised and dont offer a 30 day money back!

Ive been asked to send additional info to confirm my review. Im done trying ti flag this scam company. Ive had my refund acknowledged by my bank after GC failed to respond to request. Ive flagged company with Trustpilot for fake reviews (look for pattern of negatives followed by a stream of 5’s to hide the honest bad!) Ive reported to Trading standards. Im
not doing anymore. If believe the 5 stars be it at your risk. Im doing no more.

Mixed review-customer services cost them a star

Mixed review.
Ordered pasties and got a free cream
tea hamper.
Order arrived well packaged and on time as per the tracking info. Would have been 5 star if the customer services response to my query had been answered with an element of politeness instead of the harsh snappy abrupt tone the email had. Thankfully Id already ordered otherwise I might not have bothered.
Not tried pasties yet but the hamper looks nice and as the image on website.
Just a shame the stroppy tone from customer services let the side down.

For attention of company-4 stars was mean, Order was shipped and well packaged. Value for money and from favourite place. Initially struggled to order and the ‘help’ response was just a bit “short and sweet” - on reflection it probably wasnt meant as abruptly as it sounded and thankfully by then id placed my order and all was good. Got the cream
tea hamper also which was presented exactly as picture. Will change to 5* if I can.

TRUST the 1 STAR REVIEWS! Not the 5’s!

Writing new review due to previous multiple updates.
Took 4 weeks to arrive-despite online advert before purchase saying next day (from London) and emails after purchase saying 5-7 days. Then find out coming from China and took 4 weeks.
Was not expecting to arrive but it did on 24th dec. Packaging badly damaged.
Asked for refund as not used and in packaging- but company now not responding to emails (previous comms wasnt too bad - at least replied)
Given up fighting this scam company and instead trying tomwarn others. Reported to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. Dispute raised with bank. Google street mapped the London address and wish I hadnt!!
Absolute scam. 5star reviews done by new users-suggesting to me done to keep rating up and hide negatives.
Do not order!
Trust the 1 stars! Wish I had instead of being sucked in by Trustpilots positivity.

Lesson learnt-do not use.

Well blow me down! Its arrived! Was not expecting that. Wish there was a feature on trustpilot to communicate with other reviewers and find out if really work-and its not just friends/colleagues trying to boost ratings. Id love to actually try it out and see if the positive comments actually are true-but once opened and tried, cant be returned.
Rock and hard place sadly. Might just have to mark this one up to experience, take the possible loss and move on. Wont use Golden Curls again after this but glad to actually have received something.

**Three weeks now. Still no delivery. Tracking slow to update and cant have refund til received (and even then im doubtful). Had to buy something else from somewhere else-lesson learnt! Stick to well known reliable genuine and honest companies.

response to my email requesting a full refund as per their reply below-CANT REFUND AS ITEM IN TRANSIT - have to just wait and wait and wait. So all those who have been told youll get a refund-uou eont if you dont actually have the item yet so its lose-lose for us!!!!

Very disappointed-not just the company but myself for falling into a “too good to be true” should have trusted instincts.
Had communication in email and responsive etc-but despite ordering on towards end of November, on a ‘next day’ tracking number-still no item.
Yes it was dispatched next day-from China! So not the 5-7 days my email confirmation stated. Tracking is hit/miss and each day it says its in transit-the average day of delivery changes.
Not sure if a scam or not, Im on the fence-interesting that the clips on social media have all vanished since I ordered and asked a question about delivery on the post!
I have been patient and tried ti be positive but not seeing any progress and now need to buy something else as doubt i’ll see this.
Not holding out hope of full refund sadly, hopefully bank will help with a dispute if theres an issue.
