Popped in this morning for breakfast with my brother and we have to say it was very nice.
Our servers were Nikki,Mary,Polly.
We can honestly say it won't be our last visit.

Supposed to be an English company however it's Chinese.
Say delivery will be 5-7 days but still no delivery 15 days in.
Generic email replies and tracking numbers that don't track sh#t.
So if you've ordered one contact your bank and get a refund...

The crew made the flight very pleasant as they were attentive.
The pilots were communicating where we were, height and speed.
An extra 20% of duty free was a bonus too.

Simple to order and at a better exchange rate than others.
It was delivered and signed for the day before it should of been which could of been an issue if I was at work but I was in so it was okay.

Couldn't make delivery to my chosen collection point and it took 6 days to get to there?
The returning parcel arrived back with the sender in 2 days??
Surely the same process...

Very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed to bring my Ford Satnav up to date, I also had the stereo update which has helped with the touch screen being hard to press.

I've always been sceptical about ordering online with the delivery service however why was I worried.....
Ordered one day and came the next day before lunch so less than 24hrs, also a better exchange rate too💰 win win.

No return bus, as didn't read or see the small bit that says call 48hrs before departure to confirm, even though I had already booked?

Had to wait around 45 minutes to an hour at the airport to ensure we had a full coach.
Also no return coach so had to get a cab, my fault (maybe) because untill you read the small writing saying book your return journey 48 hours before your pickup date, even though you already have when booking?
I believe you should be told this at the airport desk for those of who have missed the notice or have notification on the buses, because all you want to do is reach your holiday destination.
