I purchased an inflatable outside Christmas decoration from online range which turned out to be faultyThe difficulty i had to return my order was ridiculous firstly I tried ringing the customer care team I was no 19 in the queue so thought I would wait I waited nearly 3 hours i finally got down to caller no 1 and waited 50 mins as caller no 1 eventually I hung up I then began to email explaining the problem and wanted to return & get a refund they asked me to take the item out of the very small repackaged box and send a video of the fault which they said could be the stitching I refused to do this as it is not a small item and I already had repacked it which was difficult in itself , they then emailed me back asking me again to send a video uploaded onto a computer or laptop as an iPhone is not reliable to which I have neither so couldn’t do it several emails later one person said they will refund me and for me to dispose of the item I then received another email saying for me to arrange a return which I was trying to do in the beginning so am a little confused in what to do.
So anyone be very careful ordering from this online company as I will not be again as getting a refund is proving a very difficult drawn out process not to mention ALL the conflicting messages
