Would give 0. Ordered on 22nd November still not received. Initially told it was a faulty tracking number and to wait. Have contacted my bank who have auggested legal action. Luckily my husband is a lawyer so will be beginning this action today unless I have my refund in my bank by close of business today. Looking forward to hearing back from someone.

Good evening, we can see that the product you purchased was out of stock at the time and therefore, a collection of the product from one of our stores was sent but this appeared to be the incorrect item. We have since sent you a pre-paid label for you to return the incorrect item to us. Your order will be dispatched first thing on Monday 9th August. We can only apologise for the inconvenience.

Always come here for my private scans. Gender scan was fab today. The Sonographer took so much time to go over all the little details and check our baby’s gender. Can’t wait to see our girl in 3D next time xx
Great service so far but still waiting on payment to clear, been 3 working days. Happy to change to 5 star once order has been through. my order number is 31652514 and have numerous emails from yourselves regarding order. now been 5 working days and money has not been transferred despite phoning this mor ing and being told it would be in my account by tonight.
