AVOID AVOID AVOID

I stupidly ordered my daughter's Christmas gift from Golden Curls in early December, with the promise of delivery in 5-7 business days.

It is almost a month later and my daughter is still without her gift.
Despite numerous emails, I just get the same excuse over and over again that it's a busy time for the couriers.

Sort it Golden Curls and stop just pointing fingers - you appointed the couriers, so the buck stops with you.

Truly awful experience - steer clear

Truly awful experience. Scripted response a number of times from customer services without the complaint even being read. And now the 'help guide' instructions on how to cancel the order tell you to click on non-existent links.
So disappointed and so many hours wasted with this truly useless company.

A huge thank you to Mark for his help today. He has completely resolved a long-standing issue and was just so lovely to speak to.
Of the very many contact centre staff I have spoken to over the years, Mark is one of the most helpful, polite and just generally lovely people to deal with. A huge thanks for your help Mark...really appreciated.

Kasha to the rescue!

At the bottom of this review you will see what I originally posted this morning when Kasha was well and truly let down by a member of her staff.
Kasha called me, took personal ownership of the issue and went above and beyond, on her day off, to seek, secure and ensure a positive outcome.
Thank you Kasha you have completely redeemed your company and changed my mind.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever had from a moving firm.
Let down at the last minute, and being told that I was being unreasonable asking to speak with someone more senior.
How dare I expect the contract I had booked and paid for to be honoured? Silly me.
AVOID if you want a company that shows up.

Truly the worst customer support I have…

Truly the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

I have been trying for over a month to get Apple to help with a really small issue so that the iPad my son uses to do his homework can be repaired using the insurance I have paid for for over five years.

They refuse to let you speak to a manager, there is no complaints procedure listed anywhere, they ignore email requests for help and they provide a premium rate phone number if you need to speak to a person ... just remember of course that there will be nobody senior willing to take your call - or so I was told.

The most uncaring, awful organisation I have had the misfortune of dealing with ever.

Disgusted and truly fed up.

Why do customers mean nothing to you Apple once they have spent their hard earned cash on your over-priced products?

Be warned: steer clear of buying anything from Apple as if you need customer service post purchase you will be blatantly ignored.

APPLE DO NOT CARE!
