I placed an order roughly the middle of October and was given a date for delivery and nothing came so I called them and was given another date again nothing so they actually gave me my money back without even telling me my order couldn't be delivered. I gave one star because it doesn't allow for 0

It's almost a scam, the products never arrived... Refund received after 1 month, a complete joke

It’s the worst order management I’ve ever experienced with a company with that scale. I placed an order with two items. I accidentally chose wrong size for one of those items. So I immediately placed another order with correct size for both of the items.
It seems Order page does not have any option for the cancellation. So I immediately connected to a live agent. Guess what? You cannot cancel your order that you have placed just 30mins ago!!! They want you to go through with return process, WITHOUT A FREE RETURN OPTION!! So you cannot make an honest mistake while you place your order with this crappy webshop.
O insisted the live agent about the cancellation. So he came up with an idea. He said as soon as the shipping label is out, he will call the parcel back so it will never leave warehouse. It took 50 minutes for him to understand which order is that, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PRESENT ANY ORDER NUMBER ON YOUR ORDER PAGE!! How horrific can this thing get more?!
Live agent guaranteed that he will personally will take care of this and I will get a full refund, without return deduction.
Guess what? Two days later, BOTH OF THE PARCEL WAS AT MY DOOR!!
I already send my parcel back to them. Lets see how horrific it’s gonna be to get my refund!
Stay away from this terrible webshop as much as you can.

I bought some shoes and clothes for my 4yr old. At first I kept getting errors about the payment being unsuccessful, even though I could see the amount was written from my bank account.
Luckily I received an order confirmation a few hours later and my package arrived within 48 hours (NL).
Clothes and shoes are of great quality!!

I buy women's tall clothing from Next online. I think they're great. I order from New Zealand as I don't have anywhere to buy tall clothing for women over 6 foot in Nz. I think their customer service is Fab and they have a very good refund policy on the odd occasion there is a problem.
The shipping is very cheap, only $10 nzd for any amount of clothing, whereas the likes of Long Tall Sally charge $40 nzd for shipping.
The clothes are very reasonably priced overall.
I'm very grateful Next have a women's tall option, post to Nz and I will buy from them for many years to come.

Flimsy amateur website
I made an account on their flimsy website and to my dismay you cannot save any items as favourites? Whats sort of websites nowadays don’t have that option??? Only flimsy ones. Its easier for the customer to make triage of their wish-lists if they can add favourites. Hopefully they see this and add the feature.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered and paid for the dress on aug. 13th, est. delivery time aug. 20th. On aug 21th I contacted the customer service since there was no movement regarding my order, it didn't even leave the warehouse, I spoke to an agent named Fatima, she informed me that my order was lost and that I will be refunded.
I was shocked and asked why I wasn't informed about it, she said it's a technical issue, providing no further information.
I contacted them again per email again and talked to an agen named Ellie, who appeared quite unprofessional. She asked for my phone number to track down my profile and accused me of providing the wrong phone number. After that she didn't reply to any of my messages. I'm waiting for my refund now but people should be really warned about this company because there is seriously something wrong in the way they conduct their business.

I'm a on line customer. Sent a return back through my local post office back to them got my receipt. Over a week now.tracking just saying post officewe've got it.my problem is trying to get in touch with next to explain parcels not moving throw system.says ask for ring back won't let you.been on next messenger asked for my details which given no reply.not good at all.will be shopping somwere else.july 27. Up date having spoke on phone the lady took all details told me to send email with receipt from post office confirm ing that it been sent.which I did all this.. no reply...then got a message from next on messenger asked for details and photo shot receipt.all done No reply.next is ok to shop with until things go wrong.still waiting.
Lazy slow useless…
This used to be a good way of ordering but it’s now a total shambles.The goods are held in a warehouse in Germany for Next Direct orders well actually all stock and I am in a neighbouring country Belgium.Order was supposed to arrive 6th June so I chased it on 11th June as NO movement on the tracking site…not even picked in the warehouse ! I eventually get a reply from an Indian customer service centre no explanation.Thanks for your return you will be refunded shortly.Well thanks for nothing.SHOCKING service and if people order goods get off your backside and provide them with their goods or get some more staff in your warehouse !
Worst online shopping experience by a mile!
Ordering process was simple: although the website is misleading and didn't make it obvious that there would be customs duty to be paid. After more confusion arising from conflicting emails from customer service being sent to me, I paid all liable customs (at this point, the total cost made the whole thing pointless). I would then spend the next week daily chasing up on a parcel that was still marked as 'ON HOLD' with no explanation. Emails sent were not responded to. Needless to say, completely avoid!
Terrible experience and don't know if I will get my money back
First, the delivery was due on 6th June (I had specially.ordered the dresses for an ocassion).As there was no show I checked the tracker only to realise that there was no movement on the order and there was no update provided by the company to notify me of a delay.
Second, the customer services was to help expedite the delivery vut instead I received an email of a conception of order and a full refund even though that's not what I had instructed.
Third, I have only received partial refund.
Finally, Despite sending customer arevices two chaser emails no one has bothered to get back to me.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM NEXT,Order prosses easy delivery within 4 days ,recieved email 3 days later that was delayed by 1 -2 days still recieved nothing called and told problem with warehouse, called again 4 days later told same thing and they would chase it up and call me next day, recieved no call ,so called them again to be told different story,and would be better to cancel order and re order ,then guy on phone couldn't even get his story straight absolutely fuming as the item I ordered needed for next day for daughters wedding,now got to wait 4 to 5 days for refund and go panic buy tomorrow morning

Once again, NEXT DIRECT shows unimaginably bad service, with no effort to remedy the situation (always blaming the courier). No more for me.

Order and delivery was fine.
BUT, the returns and customer service is a horrible experience.
First, I emailed 3-4 times to discuss a pickup. Than I got gifted the item (awesome) and then 4 days afterwards they wanted to pick it up again.
So confusing.

Very disappointed!!! I drove 14 miles to buy bedding set as a present for my daughter. When she opened it, there was no pillow cover. So she was very upset about it. I called to the store from where I have purchased the item, no one has answered the phone, so called to the other store, again no one answered the phone. I have contacted the customer service where I've been transferred from one adviser to another. I have explained the whole situation and I was promised by an advisor that I will need to place online order to get the same product and pay for the delivery charge, then with a order confirmation I will need to go to any next store for the delivery charge to be refunded and to get a refund of 10 % off for the whole inconvenience and once a store will provide my details on a till they will see the recommendations for these refunds to be processed for me. So this is what I have done, and when I went to return the faulty product,the store has adviced that they will not be able to process those refunds as they wouldn't see any kind of details or notes like that made by anyone from CS as stores dealing with issues differently and CS differently. So I have spent my time again, petrol and paid £4.99 for delivery where I didn't have to. !!!! as this could probably be solved through the phone.
Very incomplete and unprofessional service, CS advisors are not trained good enough !!!
