Item was left on porch and being chipboard broke as soon as attempted to assemble. Customer service gave an extensive list of actions required to investigate and in the end said not there problem but for an additional charge would send a replacement part. Given the poor quality of the original part why would anyone want to do this. Can not recommend this organisation and will not use again

Ordering process simple enough but wrong size item sent. The process to return items is complicated with zero ability to contact the company which uses a chat bot unable to resolve difficulties

Ordered batteries 29/11/22. Supposedly shipped 30/11. Tracking information never worked but progress of order showed steady progression until having reportedly arrived for delivery then mysteriously returned to awaiting payment. Contacted Vicedeal which is almost impossible and solution is to start the process again with another 2-6 week hook.

Order number VICE-AU-15842. Not much good asking for details without providing a v contact when your site doesn’t have a proper contact email

The service offered by the providers Shore Excursions contract out to we’re excellent on this occasion but Shore Excursions themselves have been abysmal. The first excursion to Florence, the provider was there to inform that they had previously advised Shore Excursions the tour was not available and they should not sell this tour. No such information was forwarded by Shore Excursions and on attempting to seek clarification on their supposed 24hr emergency number there was no one answering calls. After 3 unanswered emails and no ability to contact them by phone, the issue remains unresolved. As an Airline Captain of 37 years I am cognisant of the difficulties being encountered post COVID but not providing any service is not a good road to bring back tourism.
