Absolutely DIABOLICAL!! Swiftqueue's website is very hard to navigate. The previous NELFT booking system was so EASY and straightforward compared to this new system. WHY make things so much more COMPL... See more

Unexplained error message when I try to confirm booking
error message saying I had too many appointments. I've had the problem each time I try to book on line. There is no i.t. helpline. This is an appalling website. Not fit for purpose.
Utterly useless system
Couldn't log in to change my appointment time, even though I know my password is correct. I requested a password reset but never received an email, either to my inbox or spam. I tried to report it, via their contact us page, but couldn't send my comment as apparently I need to state what type of appointment I am 'trying to book', even though there is no option for that available to select. No way of contacting them other than this form, which doesn't work!! Utterly useless....
OMG what a dreadful system
OMG what a dreadful system. I cannot find any hospital within our trust area and yet I know there are at least 3, none of which seem to be on their database. and these are huge hospitals. There is no way of contacting these people to ask for help. how the hell we are supposed to use this system god only knows.
Bad experience on first try.
We are in 2025 and it took 1hr and 30 mins to get an activation code in order to register for an account.
Avoid at all cost!
Physically disabled individual rang 63 times before answered the phone, then had the audacity to access my medical information without permission stating didn’t understand me (speak perfect English so did he) then had the audacity to speak to me in a condescending attitude when called him out! I’m disabled, NOT stupid
Records deleted
All past records of blood tests have been deleted .
Shows just one which is way out of date .
This used to be an excellent service

Agree with all the bad reviews i have read on this site. I am three days trying to get an appointment.
Cannot even get into my swiftqueue account. I have used swiftqueue back a few years but not in recent year or two. Found it good before ,but now it seems to be usless. So disappointed.
Efficient
Used service to arrange blood test at Wanstead Hospital.
Made appointment, turned up, had blood test, went home.
Easy.
I was sent an email to book an X-Ray, I wanted to remove the need.
I was sent an email to book an X-Ray. I got better and wanted to cancel this. THE LINK TO "HELP" DOES NOT WORK. So I emailed the appointments site - they said couldn't do it and gave me the SAME LINK (which does not work). HOPELESS
Then I got another 2 emails to book again... HELP!! is this why the NHS is loosing money?? Paid for a website system that is totally useless.

Heronwood and Galleon wanstead blood test
Phlebotomist Mary on the 11th of December at 9.50 am was very careless and insensitive to my needs.I highlighted the fact my veins are not easily accessible n despite my suggestion to use butterfly needle she jabbed my right hand with the normal size and proceeded to look for my veins while the needle was still inside my skin. I was in a lot of pain and I requested for the needle to be taken out. She did not cover my wound after taking the needle out.I was going to re-book my appointment with someone else but she persuaded me to stay. She decided to use the butterfly needle on my left hand n eventually manage to take my blood needed for VitD analysis. When I returned home I noticed a lot blood on the left hand swab where butterfly needle was used. I also noticed a lot of bruising n she had pricked me twice which I normally don't see on my skin as my skin is brown. I got worried and turned up at the blood test centre and my surgery.I am still bruised and the bruise is still there it appears to be slightly bigger. At Wanstead centre I saw Vishali another Phlebotomist who calmly settled me and changed the wound and I could overhear Mary mouthing off about me saying what's she complaining about. One of the patients commented later to me that she was being very unprofessional.
The Phlebotomists who work in Wanstead blood test centre are normally very caring and gentle. It is one of my favorite blood test centres.
Mary could learn a few lessons on how to treat and behave towards patients.
Constantly cancelling appointments!
Every time I make an appointment to get bloods done for either myself or my husband, they cancel the appointment. No explanation, no alternative dates..
We need our bloods done to be seen in Beaumont Hospital because my husband had a kidney transplant and I was his donor. So keeping an eye on his kidney function and that of my only remaining kidney is quite important. Absolutely ridiculous system that simply dose not work.
This is absolutely ridiculous
This is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn't let you log in with your details. Waste of time. Get it right before you put it out there. RUBBISH.

The website has gone down so no way can anyone book an appointment. Sent an email to support but certainly don't expect a reply. Left in limbo.
Nothing Swift about it
The earliest appt in the whole of Derby for a child under 12 is Monday 2 December. It's just unacceptable. Awful system.
Would consider myself pretty tech savvy…
Would consider myself pretty tech savvy and found it practically impossible to book a simple blood test through this website. The site did not come up on Google, it asks to search by hosptial or GP but I was getting all sorts of addresses. When I did eventually get in the list of doctors were not in alphabetical order, so had to trawl through trying to find my own. The navigation is not functional (for exmaple, home button not linked). All I could think was - how would anyone elderly use this this service? Complete overhaul of UX needed.
Absolute garbage not fit for purpose
Absolute garbage. Registered, accepted my password. Said it was strong. Got the activation code sent to my email address.
Then try to book an appointment and it says no email recognised. Then password incorrect.
Clicked reset password in case it was my error.
Still waiting on a reset to the email they sent my activation code to.
Absolute garbage.
I know my way around a computer and online phone activity.
What us an older person or someone not as competent to do.
Utter disgrace.
Dreadful
Dreadful. Trying to book a covid vaccine (Boots Ireland) everything works until transferred to Swiftqueue. Says it will send my registration code to my email and then nothing happens. Lots of people will give up. These incompetants will cause a covid resurgance!
What's the point of booking a time and…
What's the point of booking a time and a day to do a blood test? They don't keep anything running on time. I booked a blood test for 2:25 pm, and it's now 3:00 pm and my name still hasn't showed up on the screen. I asked a nurse what's going on and they said they're running 1h30m late... How the hell is this possible? What's the point of this service? Any at all?!? More of our hard earned money gone down the drain. Unacceptable.
GPs forced to rely on unuseable technology.
We used to have a great walk-in service for bloodtests, but now I've been forced to use something called Swiftqueue. Honestly, I've never come across such a user-unfriendly app. As an adult in my 40s, who consider themselves pretty au fait with technology, heaven knows what it must be like for someone in the 70s or older. Firstly it asked for my mobile number, then said it didn't that format, so I was forced to leave it blank. Then it asked me to search my GP - no results. Hospital - no results. Location - no results. Apparently nowhere in greater London offers bloodtests! No wonder the NHS is in such a state if it's forced to farm out services to get-rich-quick venture capitalists with half-arsed ideas and no grasp of technology. Now I have to got to the surgery tomorrow and take up more of their precious time because some beancounter has forced them to rely on inadequate technology.
