Seems very flaky

Seems very flaky. I tried to find a clinic called the Laurels on Swiftqueue which it couldn't find. Though I had managed to book an appt there several days ago. It just gave me a list of all blood test places in the whole country. So I went on to Google and typed The Ls urels and got an entry for the Laurels blood tests which hen I clicked it went to Swiftqueue. Need to upgrade your search facility. Also the way to cancel an appointment out of several is not obvious. I have 45 years experience in IT.

Most things available but one item not…

Most things available but one item not on the computer.
Bit annoying about the specificity of some of the coupons. For example I bought 2 lots of fishcakes, one of which I thought was on the coupon, but apparent wasn't QUITE the right one. Annoying. Ditto some cheese wasn't quite the right cheddar. This is a sort of game you are playing with your customers.

Very nice drivers and nice cars/people carriers. More expensive than Uber but you get what you pay for. Couldn't figure out how to leave a tip on the app.

I have used this insurance company for…

I have used this insurance company for maybe 10 years and never had a problem though tying up the medical declaration and the main policy on the website proved to be a wee bit tricky. Managed it though in the end.

Combined house & contents insurance

I have had contents insurance for some time so combining it with building insurance seems sensible BUT I tried to cancel the current contents insurance but was told I could only do this when the new policy kicks in. Don't see why it can't be done ahead of time. Very inconvenient.

Difficult initial dialog…

I don't know how but a Google search for Wise on my PC took me to a page which asked to add a balance rather than do the transfer. I added £200 and did a transfer in Euros. But Wise could access the £200 to do the Euro transfer
I had to cancel the transfer and do it in £s to get it to work. I can now see no way to find out what my balance is, even using the app. Usually the transfer is simpl but because I got in the wrong dialog to start with it was not.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

To send money directly to your recipient, you can do that without adding money to your balance first. In your case, you just need to set up the transfer from the currency you'd like to pay with to the currency you'd like your recipient to receive, and we'll convert the money and send it to them. If you need help with this, please check the link here: https://wi.se/howtosendmoney

You should be able to check your balances on the main page of your account. There should be shown all of the balances you have.

If you've canceled your transfer, then the money will get back to the originating account, but keep in mind that depending on the payment method you've used, it could take up to 10 working days. Check here for more info on refunds: https://wi.se/refunddeliveryestimate
