Their online operations are very badly…

Their online operations are very badly managed. Previous two orders arrived ok, even though they took quite long. The last order was placed over two weeks ago now and I haven't received any information about it. Chased up with customer service twice. The first time the reply was written in non sensical grammar so I couldn't even make out what they were saying. The second time I was told they would check with the shop. Nothing since. Very poor experience. I certainly won't be ordering online again.

This company should not be given NHS…

This company should not be given NHS contracts to manage appointments. Whoever commissioned them clearly has no idea about software. The interface to book appointments is buggy and clunky, probably hasn't seen a software update in ten years. It's also not fit for purpose. For example, today I can't actually book a blood test, as the only appointments showing are hours away from where I live and the list refuses to update with locations near me. On other days you have to endlessy scroll through a very long list, which only shows in alphabetical order of the pharmacy name. Location doesn't work even though enabled in my browser. The map doesn't work. I could go on...

Avoid Lebara, and Vodafone, if you live in Warwickshire, there's almost no coverage. Not even in town centres.

I had a very good experience with…

I had a very good experience with Crocus. I ordered a pot plant and some wildflower seeds. The plant was well packaged and arrived in good condition. The seeds unfortunately got lost in transit, but customer service was very fast and sent out a replacement immediately.
The only negative was the Yodel courier, who left the order right in front of the gate to the street, instead of tucking it away out of sight as others do. And they lost the seeds...

Just bought another pair of Joya shoes…

Just bought another pair of Joya shoes here, and also got my husband to try ShoeMed for the first time. The customer service was excellent, as always. The shop can get quite busy but nevertheless the two lovely ladies serving everyone were professional, friendly and took time for each consultation. Feet are measured and problems discussed in detail. This really is the best thing about ShoeMed - you can find shoes for any kind of problem foot and also help for what works best for you individually. My husband walked out with a pair of trendy looking Orthofeet and one pair of smarter Joya shoes. He says they are incredibly comfortable. Be aware the shoes aren't cheap, but the quality is excellent and they will last a long time.

The new aluminium tube packaging is…

The new aluminium tube packaging is really not fit for purpose. It's impossible get the last bit of cream out as the aluminium all scrunches up. It then also breaks and cuts your fingers. Not ideal. I get it's more lightweight to ship compared to the glass jars, but at least I could use all the cream I paid for and they didn't cause injuries. If you go for tubes maybe choose a more suitable material?

I like the products but the customer…

I like the products but the customer service and communication are very poor unfortunately. They offer existing customers a so-called 'early bird' Black Friday discount, which I fell for. On the actual Friday they then come out with a better offer so anyone who has bought earlier is left worse off. Their customer service replied with some lame nonsense, in a very patronising manner too. So if they offer you anything 'early bird', don't fall for it!

No customer service

While the app so far has been good, I am giving one star only as their customer service is non-existent. There is no email support, the web chat is so pathetic I am embarrassed for them to offer this kind of terrible service at all. I can't phone from work, so there's really no way for me to get in touch. The so-called 'community page' is just a standard FAQ which doesn't help either. Very poor performance.

We purchased an expensive mattress from…

We purchased an expensive mattress from Harrison Spinks last year and it has gone dented and lumpy on one side. They sent a Castelan technician to check after we reported it to the retailer. All he did was put a piece of string over the mattress and take a few photos with his phone. No surprise, Harrison now claims the mattress is fine. I've never seen such a ridiculous method to test something, it was absolutely pointless. One might say a scam on the mattress companies' side as there will never be any evidence of a faulty item if they use pieces of string to make a judgement.

This is the third time I received…

This is the third time I received terrible customer service from VioVet. Items listed on the website frequently seem out of stock, and their policy is to withhold the whole order, instead of sending the available items first. This frequently delayed my orders and their customer service is just plain useless. I am going to switch to a different supplier as this keeps happening too often and is a very frustrating experience. Please change your processes and train your support staff to deliver better service!

Great service and easy to replace keys

Some of the keys on my Macbook Air started fading soon after I purchased it and a few of them just looked like a white blob (very poor quality Apple!). The keys from Mac Replacement Keys arrived quickly and well packaged. The instruction video was very clear and easy to follow, and together with the little tool they provided as well it was super easy to replace the keys. I am very happy with the service and finally being able to see which key I need to use! Will definitely order again if other keys start fading too.

Really not happy with the long delivery…

Really not happy with the long delivery times. Apparently I have to wait for my order for anything between 8 and 20 days. I don't think this is acceptable in 2023 anymore. Also their reply time to customer emails can be up to one week. Sorry but that's just not good enough.

As we sell over 40,000 different products, it would be impossible to hold the bulk of every item in our warehouse, this will also cause a huge amount of wastage with our least popular products and we try to reduce waste where we can. Because of this, some items are ordered upon demand from our suppliers. The lead time of stock is displayed on our website under the size/type option (just above the price), this will also be reflected in your estimated delivery dates. If we do not have the item immediately to dispatch in our warehouse, we can only advise the lead time our suppliers advise us - our system is connected to theirs and is updated automatically.

It is within our company roadmap to increase our warehouse space, which we hope to do as soon as possible. This will reduce the extended ETA's for our customers.

Beware - uses notorious Evri courier

Ordering from the M&S website was very straightforward, but then it took nine days for the order (a few pieces of clothing) to be despatched. Adding to the problem, they use Evri, which is a notoriously dodgy courier and well known for constantly losing orders, not having any customer support etc.
My order arrived a day later than estimated, which is fine, but when the courier delivered, he just rang the doorbell, dumped the parcels on my doorstep and left straightaway (documented on my video doorbell). This is despite Evri saying in the delivery email they attempt to deliver three times.
Lastly, the two jumpers were not packaged well, there was no protective layer, they were simply squashed in the outer bag.
Really M&S - you can do better than this!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They recently lost one of our parcels, which contained several hundred pounds worth of products. There is no way of contacting anyone, neither online nor via phone. How is this even legal?

Beware: uses Evri courier service

I used to like John Lewis. But they are using Evri (previously called Hermes) for deliveries, which is incredibly unreliable and has no way of being contacted. My husband ordered a present for me recently which got lost and there was no way to retrieve the order and John Lewis refused to give us a refund. Very poor experience. Please change your courier.

Pleasantly surprised with the smooth purchasing process, good customer service and decent value products. We recently moved house and needed lots of different items for the bathroom, bedroom etc. All the items I ordered arrived promptly, were well packaged and in good condition. The quality we got for the comparatively low prices has always been good.

Good luck if you lose your master password

Terrible. Once you lose your master password, there is no reasonable way to get back in to the accounts. I've now been unable to use several tools because 1Password has such a terrible set up. Not user-friendly, customer service has no clue and the tech solution is really inadequate if you can't get back into your account in a sensible manner. I get they need to be secure, but there's a fine balance between security and lack of usability. 1Password has not managed that balance.

Your Master Password (along with your Secret Key) is used as an encryption key that's used to protect and secure your data. Without it, no one, not even the 1Password team, can decrypt and see your data. That's a part of what makes 1Password so secure, but it does mean that if you lose it for some reason, the 1Password team will be unable to help you recover your data.

Have you tried looking for your Emergency Kit for safekeeping when you created your 1Password Account? This is a document you were asked to save for your records when you created your 1Password Account as it contains your full Secret Key alongside a blank space to write down your Master Password, that way you'll never be in any danger of losing it.
