I wanted a fridge freezer. Ao website had useful summaries of the 8 models that fitted my space, and I chose one. Checked web for that model, other sites had cheaper if one included delivery, but I chose Ao because their delivery was 2 daya. Arrived as scheduled, excellent tracking, good 2 man delivery team in an Ao badged van were a credit to Ao

Have used it seven times, 6 fine but 6th was "LOST".

I am sure I booked a blood test via swiftqueue some time in May 2025, selected 13:03 on 11 July and centre. Put in my diary, turn up, swiftqueue has NO RECORD of this booking. I see someone else lost data in Jan 2025. Is there a bug??? Or have I lost my marbles?

Shame that the centre claimed to be SO busy they could not have me wait for a no show, cancellation or whatever, so drive 5 miles to nearest hospital and get test done less than 2 hours later where they say they are NOT BUSY!

Accurate useful website so that I can choose courier and see their T&Cs clearly. They are only a booking agent, so later experience with courier is outside their control. I have had chaotic poor service from both Evri parcel shop at Tesco and DPD at Argos, but outside P2G responsibility. Normally Evri have been good for me.

Easy online order process, reasonable range so I could choose my items easily to reach a total large enough for inclusive carriage. Fortunately they had the sense to use a courier rather than Royal Mail postage where strikes have delayed one of my FIRST CLASS letters by over a month.

Same product and price as many, but to give a 3 year guarantee when others only offer the manufacturers 2 year made me choose you. I also worked in Windermere mid 1960s when you were Lakeland Plastics. Forever grateful for your company's generosity and support of our charity.

Great service, compares couriers, services annd prices. I ship a range of ebay sale items of varying weight and size. Parcel2go enables me to find the best service per item, which often varies dependant on size and weight of parcel. Only snag I find is tracking number is a P2G number, so if I choose say Evri I often have to cross reference to track via the Evri site for more detailed information

First class service, items accurately described on web site, well packed and rapid dispatch using tracked mail. Ordered over a weekend, received my meds O wanted in the post on the following Wednesday.

Great condition for a used book, good customer service after addressing problem caused by my mistake.

Site worked well, was easy to use and checkout...Yet to receive goods so cannot comment on that as yet
