Absolutely DIABOLICAL!! Swiftqueue's website is very hard to navigate. The previous NELFT booking system was so EASY and straightforward compared to this new system. WHY make things so much more COMPLICATED?? Disgusting web design, most probably to make things so difficult nobody can arrange a simple blood test!!
Just returned from our 3rd caravan break booked via 2cholidays. Cant fault them. They even upgraded us from a caravan to a lodge!! Seaview Holiday Park Whitstable. Great communication. Simple and easy. Highly recommend them.

SCAMMERS. Booked a flight to Spain via Skyscanner, who proceeded to take me to Booking.com where I was told I needed to pay £1.00 to MyTripOnline to "check in" which I thought nothing of!! Within two weeks they have taken £79 twice from my bank account. Looking back I should have taken more care when it said Mytriponline were based in Nicosia.
Absolute rubbish garment. Described as "Embroidered, sequinned black tropical kimono"....its brown, polyester with no sequins or embroidery as it looks on the website. SCAMMERS.!!!
My "Black tropical embroidered kaftan" arrived today. Well what can i say except its just awful!! Nothing like it looks on the website. No embroidery whatsoever and no bling. Very deceiving. Cheap tacky material and it looks more brown than black. Dont waste yr money!
Booked Seaview Holiday Park in Whitstable last week. Caravan was very nice and very clean. Great location. Slight problem with ants in kitchen and master bedroom which was a shame but I'd definately book again and take some ant killer! Beds very comfy. Everything we needed was there.

Unfortunately just like any home, with the warmer weather, the appearance of insects such as ants, spiders, flies etc, is very common. Sadly, there is nothing we can do to prevent this. To help guests plan for their self-catering accommodation, we email a useful packing guide a few days prior to your arrival encouraging guests to include insect repellent and either ant powder, spray, or a natural remedy, just in case. We do hope you found this helpful.
We do hope this will not deter you from booking with us again in the future. We are happy to read that you found the property nice and clean on arrival and that it provided everything you needed.
Hard to explain how BAD the product i ordered is, and how misleading Wellnee website is also! Avoid the "herbal knee patches"...No relief whatsoever. I dont understand how they have a 5* rating on here!! AVOID AND DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE (LIKE I DID!!!) Throwing yr £££ down the drain I promise you...

Hard to know where to start!! Outgoing flight from Gatwick 20/3/25 i was charged an extra £48 for my small shoulder bag. Tried to use my Barclaycard twice to buy perfume on flight - Attendant loudly said "DECLINED" which was embarrasing. She then went on to say there is always a problem with Barclaycard transactions and "Most People Nowdays Have Apple Pay" which i dont have. Rude, unhelpful, intimidating kids on a power trip made me feel small and unwelcome. The flight home nevertheless (with EasyJet) was a kinder, nicer experience. Used to be a pleasure flying with this company....Never Again!

Ive been with the Pdsa for at least 20 years. Nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Probably because Im an old existing customer ive always found it easy to book an appointment. Today - trying to book an appt for my fathers dog has been very hard and stressful. His application was successful but i keep hitting a wall trying to book online...which keeps saying he isnt registered. I finally managed to speak to someone at his local branch and she confirmed his application was fine and to retry booking an appointment online. Ive given up!! Computer says NO again and he isnt registered? For such a huge organisation...their online appt booking system really needs reviewing. Technology at its worst which is a shame...especially for the older generation who are not computer literate like my dad. Disappointing to say the least.

Too complicated to explain in detail. Briefly, my husband has had a direct debit set up yonks ago for both of our phones. Suddenly there seems to be a problem (not sure why) and we've gone onto PAYG (we didnt ask for this). Finally managed to speak to somebody called Abbey who seemed to understand the issue...and after a lengthy chat, she was calling back to say DD back to normal. She never called back! Had to explain myself all over again to another lady called Ruba (she was more confused than me!)...but before she cut me off, she seemed keen to help and could see what the problem was. Then she disappeared. Both women never bothered to ring back. STILL havent got to the bottom of this. A SIMPLE TASK RE A DIRECT DEBIT SEEMS A BIT TOO HARD FOR EE STAFF TO WORK OUT. Sick and tired of trying now. Hope this makes sense.

Best holiday website by far. Easy, clear, straightforward booking system with great payment options. I've bkd with every holiday company going...and none compare to Loveholidays.
Losing the will to live! My car insurance is due to expire tonight and ive tried numerous times to email/call customer services to no avail. I DO WANT to renew with Flow but finding it impossible. Im still hanging on to there "customer services" dept whilst writing this review. Its been 18 minutes now. How something so simple can turn into such a mammoth task is beyond me.

Need to cancel my sky tv subscription. Unable to get through on the phone so sent an email to customer services which failed to send. Found another email address for them and this one also has returned my email unread! I cancelled Sky direct debit with my bank, but on Skys website it says I also have to inform them...but HOW? Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
Without warning my Plusnet phone & broadband subscription has gone from £24.04 up to £47.76!? How can they justify such a huge increase? Ringing them in the morning to cancel my contract asap. DIABOLICAL.
Ive become Power of Attorney on behalf of my elderly mother. She had 2 bank accts. One with Santander, the other with Barclays. Stupidly i closed down the Santander acct and all her finances are now with Barclays. BIG MISTAKE!! The most simple tasks ie transferring money etc is a joke. Online Banking using Pinsentry device does not work. Non stop codes (that still dont work!!)...Wish i had cancelled her Barclays account and stuck with Santander now. Disgusting.
Incompetence beyond belief!!! Pointless even writing this but you never know...somebody may have the decency to respond. A small matter of getting my relatives pension paid from one account into another account is proving more difficult than words can say. All necessary info requested has been sent/phone calls made and I was told no problem, the matter was in hand and being dealt with. Three months on....my relatives pension is STILL being paid into the wrong account. Im baffled how such a simple request is turning into a nightmare! Words fail me. Disgusting service for such a simple task to be administered.
After reading such great reviews on Shark LiftAway i purchased one. It does do a great job on carpet....but it's SO HEAVY to manouvre and pull about. I feel like ive done a "work out" after using it!! Bad choice i made choosing this brand.
I actually forgot about this site - never had emails or updates regarding swapping/matches for my home...until i saw my bank statement and noticed £13.99 (or around that) had been automatically deducted! Shocking website. I think its a scam to be honest. The main people who run it are SS Network Ltd and there website is littered with spelling mistakes!! UNSUSCRIBE!
