Wrong item delivered, refund disputed

The jumper I received is completely different to the picture on the website (as well as being too small and poor quality). The customer services team are not addressing the issue of the wrong item being sent and insist I pay return postage in order to get a refund. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Ripoff, do not buy from this company.

Utterly useless system

Couldn't log in to change my appointment time, even though I know my password is correct. I requested a password reset but never received an email, either to my inbox or spam. I tried to report it, via their contact us page, but couldn't send my comment as apparently I need to state what type of appointment I am 'trying to book', even though there is no option for that available to select. No way of contacting them other than this form, which doesn't work!! Utterly useless....

Speedy and efficient. I found the steps easy to follow, they were quite methodical. If you are happy to trust that your data is being handled securely, then this app is ideal

Review of ZOE

Zoe is well worth the effort

I am halfway through my Zoe journey, and enjoying it very much. It is refreshing to have science-backed, personalized nutrition advice. That said, I have the advantage of having edged towards this way of thinking, in terms of nutrition, for the last 9 years. For me, Zoe is about taking me to a higher level of understanding, and providing great tips and advice to fine tune what I was already doing. This is not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle, and an extremely healthy and positive one, but if you are starting from scratch, it will be a very steep learning curve. You need to be open to completely overhauling your existing ideas about 'healthy' eating and accepting a new logic. It can be time-consuming and challenging, but no changes come easily, and you have support with this. The progression is well worth the effort and, if you have a family, they also benefit from what you learn and implement.
