£10 administration fee

The £10 administration fee for changing the train for an earlier one just five minutes after making the original booking is despicable - I had make a mistake. I wont be booking thorugh the trainline again. Why should I?

They cancelled my appointment without a reason. Now I can't book a blood test because of a cyber attack; been trying for nearly two weeks. How long does it take to fix a health IT system? The UK is becoming a third world country and they are allowing it.

Awful delivery company

The drivers that serves the Blackheath, London post office do not like to take parcels there. Third time they will not deliver my parcel. No problem if I get parcels sent to my work address. Clearly the issue is with the people serving this area.

Update: The reply below is just more lies. When you ring there is no option to get to a human. Everything is automated and they do not really investigate. This company continues to upset thousands of customers by not delivering their goods. Bye bye parcel 👋

I tried but bad quality clothes

I have given this company more than one chance. The clothes can be cheap, but you get what you pay for. As an example the jumpers I bought are cheap looking/bad quaility. Don't think I will be ordering again.

Great prices and customer service. Had an issue with my order and the money was refunded back to my account the following day. It was so easy. Delivery is also free. Honestly can't fault them and will continue with them as a customer.

Evri has decided to return my parcel…

Evri has decided to send my shipping back to the sender. They collected, told me they had it, made me wait for days and told me the package was being returned; just like that. I contacted the seller and Evri has apparently provided no reason.

I am also expecting Evri to deliver a second parcel, which is already late; let's see if they can be bothered this time. Very frustrating and unfair.

Not the nicest people

Just been on the phone about council tax. I found the service rude; the person who attended me shut me out when I tried to speak and hang up on me without giving me all the details. Not a great experience for sure. I wish my council was Greenwich since I live in the border.

Good delivery but ordered twice from them and the second product doesn't work properly. I accidentally put the box in the bin and now can't exchange. Oh well, it is little money but now don't feel like ordering again.
