Staff at a very famous hospital in London has worst manager and day running supervisors
They do not accommodate patients instead their ego comes in to them harassing cancer patients by sending them elsewhere without making a proper assessment
Wrong staff in wrong supervisory post
Area manager is the worst person to organise the service under his supervision
The phlebotomist are very helpful but their supervisors and area manager is worst. I would give less than one star to these unemployable staff

It has to be said that the on line service has been improved a lot and easy to see my account when I wish to do so

The ladies were very well trained and sorted my car insurance by executing my request very well

The only thing I find with Admiral is there is no facility for a call in to get a quote on your website

Staff well trained knowledgeable and go out of the way to help . Sometimes gives wrong information about the policy but it depends on if you speak to inexperienced staff

Carl was the first energy company customer service staff to look into the usage of my electricity and convince me to sign up for a year’s contract. It was a pleasure to speak to him regarding in-depth knowledge about his work , patience and understanding the customers needs. I feel that he should be an ambassador to customer service and be given a job to train other members of customer service staff if the company is interested in getting more customers

Ms Nadia Miles was an excellent advisor who answered all my questions plus advised me to help with the whole process. She answered all my questions and she had a lot of patient with me. Her professionalism with right legal advice was very good and very helpful

The young lady on the floor who helped me with tow pairs of glasses was very helpful knowledgeable and had lot of patience to sort me out
Equally the optician was wonderful took time to test my eyes thoroughly kept me informed all the step of the way

i bought the travel policy on line with you but did not get conformation by email. I also fill in necessary medical conditions and it was accepted with the same quote assuming I was covered with it but the policy I received states that I am not covered with any medical conditions i.e. diabetes and all related illness with it even after declaring all of them. Not sure whether I am covered wit it or not?
