OMG what a dreadful system. I cannot find any hospital within our trust area and yet I know there are at least 3, none of which seem to be on their database. and these are huge hospitals. There is no way of contacting these people to ask for help. how the hell we are supposed to use this system god only knows.
I cannot believe how difficult it is to take ownership of a new puppy. They sent me an email telling me I have 14 days to transfer ownership from the breeder to me but when I go online I am being force to sign up to paying £30 annually for just transferring ownership. I have already paid a considerable sum of money to buy a dog but now I cannot take ownership of the chip because the chip company want regular income for doing nothing. Surely if the breeder has told you we now own the dog, that should be enough to make the change. Ripoff. Stating that the annual fee of £30.00 is optional and can be cancelled is not the point. You should not be forcing people to agree to it in the first place.

What an absolute con. As a potential purchaser you cannot contact a seller without signing up for a "VIP" service costing £6.99. They say that is to protect their breeders. From what? I was / am interested in a German shepherd but am completely unable to contact anyone to get more info without paying £6.99. What a con.

It has been very easy to place and edit the advert. And to place and pay one price until sold without having to keep renewing the advert makes it very easy. Also I like the idea you can keep your details private to keep away the time wasters.
I am a new customer to Bluefin and therefore cannot rate their product at this point, but their customer service is very good. Having opened my new SUP board box I inflated the board and had a concern. This concern was dealt with to my complete satisfaction on the same day. What a great service.

If I could give these people zero stares I would. I cancelled two sim and it has taken them over a month to refund which still has not turned up. You cannot speak to anyone in authority and they do not provide an actual email address. I have had to contact them on no less than 5 occasions and everytime they say the refund will be in my bank within 3 to 5 working days. When I have asked for a manager or supervisor to call me as they are never available when I call, they never phone. The customer service is diabolical. You have replied to my post asking me to private message you but have failed to tell me how I am supposed to private message you as you have not provided either a phone number, an email address or even a social media contact info.

Ordered items on the Friday late at night and were delivered in the timeslot allocated on the following Tuesday. The products were of a really good quality and the packagings was very suitable with nice little touches such as tissue paper within the box. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Easy website to use and very quick delivery even though I didn't pay for next day. More than happy with the products although haven't actually used them yet, they arrived in tip top condition as far as I can see. Great value for money.

Next day delivery free of charge, the product was at the best price I could find and ordering was simple and straight forward. I would definitely used Scan Computers / Scan.co.uk again without hesitation.
We ordered a log cabin after some useful discussion and was told it would take about 12 weeks give or take. It actually came at about week 8 and the delivery guys were very helpfull. Putting the cabin together was fairly straight forward and took about two days to get it weather protected. We had a problem with the door lock and a replacement was sent and with us within a couple of days. They gave good advice about wood treatment and we even got a freebee. I would definitely buy from them again. Oh and we love the cabin which has pride of place in our garden.

I am surprised that if you want to have a parcel collected for delivery that the recipient must have a phone number/email address in order to book the collection. Getting this information in this instant was really difficult. Surely we can send a parcel without this information.
Just called them to discuss account and spoke to Vicky who was very pleasant and willing to help put my mind at rest. everything good. If only all businesses had a Vicky. David G
