Impossible to use this website to book a simple blood test ! Has the NHS gone mad ???? This use to be so simple to get as you used to just walk in and take a number and wait your turn .... "SIMPLES" Not any more.. talk about making this so complex to book with the correct time and hospital . Not fit for purpose . Go back to the old way as its much better the patients its intended for !
Absolutely useless ! Don't waste your time with them or money come to that ! They abuse your package then want to charge extra for the privilege .

First visit, To install the cable in my front lawn didn't go well ! As the refused to bury the optical cable under the glass !! Second visit, To install the wiring within my house .... this was carried out by two cowboys in my view ! The damaged the paster by drilling a large hole without any pilot drill first ! the plaster come from the wall . And then they attempted to clip all the cables around the front door very poorly indeed ! left my property in a right state !! I was not happy at all with this workman ship, I did complain but didn't get any reply. Sept 2023 ......................................................................... 26 July 25 Still waiting for a response from company after given details !

There "Online chat" is a problem as its a very long wait to start a conversation ! Also you get cut off during conversation mid-sentence put to the back of the waiting list of about 20 other people !!! Not very helpful at all
Premium Bonds ! The rate of interest you get on a maximum investment is extremely poor ! if not a joke !! If you work out over one year what you win ....its less than 2% you get back, this isn't a good investment by any means ?
Zenith insurance is such a waste of time to be avoided, if you need to make a claim because i was hit by a third party in my case . They do nothing to help whatsoever in my case, in fact the third party insurers were a much greater help to resolve the situation and were extremely efficient in doing so. I won’t be going back to zenith in the foreseeable future . ...................................................................... 4/3/24 Look at Re-Policy Number: 134443372 claim already made against you !

Useless when you complain about share isa scheme. The customer service phone number is a Indian service center who is not helpful at all ! All i want to do is to transfer my isa to my lloyds bank account, have been trying for months to do this !
Don't waste your time and effort with EQI ................................................................................ Update as of 3 Jan 2024 I phoned both parties again today. They still blaming each other as to why this has not been completed ! (since i started this process in the start of Oct 2023) I don't feel at all confident that this will be sorted anytime soon. nor do i feel that EQI are at all interested to sort this mess out.
Avoid at all costs if you can !!!! After having a non-fault accident i have been pushed from pillar to post ! Not helpful at all . Have been cut off in phone calls several times today ringing them. ................................... Up-date on friday 15/12/23 Sent me an email today, given me a Claim Number and asking for the policy excess of £425 They seem to be more interested in the excess being paid to them than the incident ! Has taken them 4 days to come up with this.

There customer service is utter rubbish ! almost pointless being there, cannot help at all ... not to mention the Chatbox ..... what a stupid idea. There must be better ways/companies to invest ?
What a state they left my garden in ! Hey! Broadband/ FW Networks (Same company) They wouldn't/refused too bury/fill in the conduit left laying across my front lawn !! Also left a hole in the public pathway that could be a trip hazard for some old lady to trip over on. They said it was up to me to solve !! What if i was unwell/infirm or extremely old (Im 62) and unable to do this.
Is this the normal procedure for this type of installation to only do half the work ? Especially having signed a doc to authorize £563 to be spent on this work ??

What a joke this company is ! Cant even fix a simple leak from there water meter , has been over a month now and several promises to fix but nothing !! There chatt box thing is pointless , No wonder the reviews are this bad and i cant believe they want to put the bills up .... For what ? to give to the shareholders ! and not solve the problems of leaking sewage into the local rivers .

They have tried to scam me on a minor traffic violation. They have taken a vast amount of money from my credit card 91Euros for a parking ticket without me knowing ! where the fine should of bean 45euros if made within a long time period. And to top it all they issue me with a further invoice once home !!! Then you can't make contact with spanish office to complain. Shocking spanish behavior

On the 11 Aug 2023 my son(17 Years old) was booked on a ferry coming from france from Caen/Ouistreham on the afternoon crossing . However he missed the crossing because th train he was on traveling to the port was delayed by 2hrs no fault of his own. He called me to say state this as he was panicking at the time . I tried in vain to call the customer service to delay his booking to a later crossing knowing he would miss this one ,however i spent over 2hs on hold on to talk with customer services but i could not get through !! In the end i had to rebook online a complete new ticket for him costing £110.00 having just wasted £89.00 for nothing ! I would like this cost to be refunded to me as this ticket for unused . Also i would like to point out your customer services are rubbish if they remain unanswered a very disappointed long term customer .

You have stated "peak time" is the reason you don`t answer your customers calls .. That is just unacceptable for your customers . Peak times come every year at the same time ! there is no reason at all not to bring extra staff to cover this .

Well having just spent 1hr 15 minutes with customer services regarding my statement/bill to get to the bottom of to why they have overcharged me with no success ! The customer services are a waste of space. Chat bot is useless too . I will be moving on to a better provider as soon as possible.
Amazon Has finally been fined a hefty 25million for scamming its customers into purchasing the "Amazon Prime" when it was unwanted or needed just to make more money ! not to mention the hassle of the refund to return the same.
Used this company to purchase a flight, EasyJet canceled flight with only a few hours notice , I was left stranded at the airport with no help or advice from agent. Re-booked another ticket direct from easyJet later in the day from another airport to get home at my cost £435 approx. I had to fight and wait a month for a re-fund .... only to get a part refund in the end ! This cannot be legal ! as this should be re-funded in full .
Opodo replied with an excuses due to there T&Cs ...... What a waste of time dealing with an inept company like this ? Don't use this company as they scam you .
