Impossible to use.
Can’t log in. Signed in. Password incorrect. So selected change password. Nothing sent to email. Tried to create account. States I already have one.
Then tried to re-register using another email account. Tried to enter mobile phone number. Wrong format. No prefix for the Uk plus will only accept 6 numbers.
Gave details of my GP surgery. Sending me your areas far away.
Lost an hour of my life I will never get back 😡

I want to return the iPhone I purchased from you. I first emailed 30th October. Told to go to my account which I had already done. States I’ve never purchased from you. Hence the email. Finding this so stressful I took a break from it. But tried again today. After yet another hour of trying to contact which is impossible. Please please please respond and let me send phone back and get full refund. I’ve never used it. Cannot check battery health as states battery not recognised. Took hours to charge. I’m not happy.
